The Orlando Magic's season as one of the NBA's best road teams meant nothing to the Toronto Raptors and their fans who wore red shirts that read: I AM RED-Y FOR RAPTORS. Full Story

Hopefully I am wrong about this. But I am afraid that around 6 pm tomorrow when game 4 is over a lot of you will come in here and post how you are beginning to see the truth as well.....that the Magic will have lost 2 in a row..on the way to 4 in a row.

Think about it folks. It is simple math. The Raptors come home and win 2 games to even the series rather easily. It is so predictable it is almost boring. Then after they have evened the series all the pressure will be on the Magic in game 5. Toronto meanwhile will have momentum on their side which will enable them to steal this game in Orlando. Then they go home for game 6 and win the series with another blowout.*Ho hum**Yawns*. Simple and boring.
You are either a troll or an idiot. I say you are both. You don't like the Magic? Fine, nobody cares what you think anyway, why not just go away and stop poluting this site. Every time you make a post you just make yourself look foolish. I for one am ashamed to even live in the same state as you.

listen... the toronto raptors need to put the maxi pads away and play ball. plain and simple. we lost game 3... the magic... lost the game, however toronto's strategy from game one has been to flop around like dying fish, and it's been a problem even through our two wins.

Yes indeed folks, the Raptors will win 4 straight and take this series in 6 games.
The Raptors have found the right mix which is clearly too much for the Magic to handle. There is also a lack of focus and intensity on the part of the Magic resulting in turnovers and poor defense. This is basically just like an extension of the regular season. No team should ever score 100 plus points in the playoffs plain and simple.
As for those who pose the argument that the Magic rarely have lost more than 2 straight games, well that was during the regular season. During that time they play different teams, including a lot of cupcakes. This is the playoffs where you are playing the same team each game. And right now the Raptors appear to have what it takes to win 4 in a row.
Jim your a joke!!!

No No NO I pose this. The Raptors dont win two games in a row against winning teams. They are a very inconsistent team.

I also pose this, You have been the most consistent anti Magic poster all year. I nominate Jim for ANTI-MAGIC poster of the year. All in favor say AYE!! all oppose say NAY!! let the voting begin.

Here is JIM in all his anti-magic glory, notice how he predicted Howard would disappear:

Folks get used to what you are seeing now from the Magic. You will see much of the same come playoff time. Gone are the days of run and gun and scoring 115 points. No more YMCA stuff. This is when you seperate the men from the boys. Clearly the Magic are a soft team. They lack the proper mental toughness it takes to succeed in the playoffs.
It all starts with Howard. He will be virtually invisible come playoff time. The 3 point shooting will not be as prominent.
I am just preparing you folks for what will not be too much of a surprise if the Magic get bounced out in the first round.

OH boy OH boy Oh boy. Sixers beat Detroit and the Suns are down 3-0. Hey Phoenix, great trade getting the old Shaq-a-roo. Maybe you want that trade back huh?? Today we take a moment to remember our favorite ex players. Shaq, Hill, and TMac, welcome to playoff basketball.

SA 3-0 against Phoenix!

Wow!
Seems like Grant Hill and Shaq are on the way of early vacations.
I would check ESPN right now to see if all the eight so called experts still thinks that Phoenix will win the series...

BTW, a very bad statistic in this three games for Orlando is bench points:
ORL 59
TOR 129

That's more than double... I'm hoping that Dooling and Bogans and the rest of the bench will step up today.

Nanningbob thus far everything is on course for my prediction which you were kind enough to dig back up from the depths of despair and false illusion.

Yes indeed the 3 point shooting is all but vanished ever since the first quarter of game 1. I have said for a long time also that they will live or die by the 3 ball. I also said that their lack of intensity and focus would be a major problem come playoff time. Especially on the road. And sure enough it is happening and will continue to do so as the fans in Toronto will put the Magic into a state of fear. As for Dwight Howard, he had 2 good games and now he is beginning to feel the pressure. His numbers will continue to dwindle.

So in summary when all is said and done it will be Toronto in 6. But it still would have been a decent season for the Magic. They will just need to work hard in the off season to patch up a lot of these weaknesses. The whole shame of it all is that they possibly would have had a chance to face Philadelphia in the second round. Instead it will be Toronto moving on.

Once again folks dont get me wrong here. I am rooting for the Magic and would like nothing better than for Nanningbob to come back in here and brag about how he was right again and how foolish I look.

But when you do the math it all adds up to a Toronto comeback.

And that is why when it is anywhere between 5:30 and 6:00 pm tonight most of you will probably not come back in here to post knowing that I will be in here posting how I called this loss folks. But fear not. I will not think any less of you if you are ashamed to face the music.

Jim, I can understand you're predicting a loss tonight, it would be quite normal in the flow of the series.

But 4 in a row?
I'm quite sure that the Magic haven't lost so many in a row in all the season.
I know, this is playoffs, blah blah blah, but I really believe that something very bad have to happen to see Toronto in 6.

And yes, Philly seem to be for real, so both series are very very interesting and unpredictable right now.

Sorry Jim I will be here and thanking God that the Magic won on their way to winning this series in 5 games.
Side note just how many Raptor fans are going to get to the game on time. Because of the transit strike there fans have been told to leave several hours earlier then normal to get to the game when it starts. Now isn't that fun.
So how many are actually going to make the game for starting time. If they are all in place it makes the Raptor fans true crazies.

I expected Toronto get a W or two but Magic needs two more games that those 3s falls in and the series is won.
My concern, Magic needs to be moving constant. One guard moving the ball, Howard fight triple teams and the other guys standing beyond the downtown line is NOT going to take you far.
Magic this year are as good as their 3 point shooting. Is the Magic a good physical team? No. Is the Magic has a true gamer as PG? No.
What we have is a stud at Center and the ability to destroy our enemy from afar like the US NAVY launches Tomahawks cruise missiles.

Go Magic!!!

Well, I would love to see your predictions for the other nba games going on as if they are anything like this one then heaven help us all!. Now lets see if you have the decency to come on here & admit you were wrong. Not only did they win, but it was on the road. Go Magic!
