It is situations like that non-call and refusal to review that make fans turn away from professional basketball -- a sport that has become so inconsistent in officiating that it is impossible not to look at games as "fixed." Unless pro basketball addresses the inconsistency of its officiating standards, which change game by game and are different for different players and different teams, fans will just turn off. This crap about "earning" the refs' respect is another way of saying that the refs control the outcome of the game.

They're just dirty thugs that belong in jail. Let their assets be seized and lock 'em up. What a worthless waste of taxpayer dollars. Just like every other stupid sports team taking welfare.

Why - what did pro sports ever do to you??? For heaven's sake, if you don't like them - don't watch them - or read about them and make dumb, hate-filled comments about them.

Now that I got that off my chest, I would like to comment on what a great job Corey did last night. I love watching him run the floor or snake his way to the basket and make some totally incredible shots. Last night was a heartbreaker. I could take it better if that call hadn't been botched. We would at least have had a better chance to win.

I actually think we would have won this one if Love had been playing. He would certainly have contributed a few points and we didn't do so well on the offensive rebounding, particularly in the first half. Keep it up, Woofies! You are getting better and better.

Seems like poor teams and lesser players never get a call in the NBA. Best way to overcome it is to score more points so the refs can't take the game away from you.

It was a shame the refs didn't review the play especially so because questions about their character and honesty is in play.
