The slave trade has been studied for a long time. An anti slave group in England in the 1700s sent observers to Africa to report on the slave trade for their newsletter in England. The observers were appalled that african parents were eagerly selling their own children to the slave traders in exchange for prized metal pots and kitchen knives. The slave traders were highly selective of who they bought, preferring children who were social with other children and not clingy to their parents. Children who engaged in group singing were considered to be social. The slave traders would walk the children out of africa, singing the entire way. Children were preferred over adults so they could be taught from an early age how to be servants.

Blacks can be so unreliable. Chambliss, on his supporting web sites, is bragging that Blacks will not and are not coming out for the run off election for Senate. Chambliss is bragging that only 22% of the early voters are Black. Chambliss is bragging that Blacks voted for Obama and did not pay attention to the rest of the candidates or issues on November 4. Chambliss is bragging that with the lack of interest Blacks have and the low turnout of just 22% he can win easily. Chambliss is bragging that Blacks donít know or care about the issues and that is a benefit for him.

Why are you Blacks going to let him do that? You evidently did vote for Obama. Was it just a courtesy to a Black man? Did you know he needs your vote for Martin? Did you know that Obamaís success will be based on his ability to pass his agenda? Did you know that Chambliss is a key to his having a Senate that will allow him to do what he needs to do? Do you realize he needs your vote on December 2? Donít let Chambliss have this. What a shame to let Chambliss be correct that you are too lazy to care about this election.

Georgia blacks have a well deserved reputation for not showing up to vote in runoff elections.
They also have a history of voting for extremely poor political candidates. Cynthia McKinney is a prime example. There are numerous black politicians from Georgia who ended up in prison for corruption, bribery, tax evasion, and drugs. These candidates still get the black vote.

Thank God all white candidates in America are honest. Chambliss has proven in six years that he isn't going to help Blacks in Georgia. Martin at least will support Obama. Seems like a clear advantage to me. It slips away on December 2.

As a resident of Georgia I went and voted for Chambliss today. There was one black lady in line and about 80 whites. Chambliss is quite popular in Georgia and has served Georgia well. Unlike Cynthia McKinney who did little besides pursue an attack agenda and neglect the voters for years. Cynthia was voted out of a black district which is unheard of in Georgia.

Most news accounts and most web sites say Chambliss is a great disappointment to those that voted for him before. That is why they say he could not pull off a win in November. However, Martin is a relative unknown in a Republican state. Martins only chance (on all web sites and news accounts including those operated by Chambliss) is for Black voter turn out. Again, on most sites, especially Chambliss', Blacks are reportedly not interested in the run off race. Who can help you if your not going to help yourself?

News accounts are extremely unreliable. The Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper is biased to the extreme. It's owner, ultra liberal billionaire Democrat, Ann Cox Chambers, slants the news to suit her jaundiced view of the world. Her news reporters are censored and bullied into submitting to the AJC point of view. Chambliss has done well for Georgia but the liberals hate him with a passion. Jim Martin is a bum and can't attract any support except from yellow dog Democrats. That would include the black vote except that blacks are uninspired by martin. Chambliss will win this election and prevent the Democrats from gaining a dictatorial political majority in the Senate.
