Jermaine O'Neal is well liked in Indiana. He was always over-rated, though. A good piece of the puzzle, just not THE piece. Better to ship him while he's still worth something.

Tinsley has to go whether the Pacers get anything for him or not. He will infect this group of youngsters with his thuggery. He is the last remaining criminal from the team's shameful "shoot up the club" era.

If the Pacers just break .500 and have no off-court issues, it will be considered a raging success in Naptown.
