Billy King for GM? Isiah Thomas stays? Its like they are trying to push Knick fans across the river to the future Brooklyn Nets.

Sixers might get the 6th seed in the east so Walsh might hire Billy King, thats freaking brilliant.

If this story is legit and Walsh wants to or allows Thomas to stay, and hires a GM whose fans of his former team were practically dancing in the streets when he left
then Walsh is looking less and less like a good choice, never mind an ideal one.

Since the NBA finals in 01' King has made a string of questionable trades, over payed for players (no wonder NY wants him), he has made the same kind of desperation moves that put NY in this mess. The one word used by Philly fans the most upon his departure was "finally".

Dolan, use your last remaining brain cells and talk to West and Colangelo before you
empty the Garden.

Even if they get the first draft pick, I don't think there are any Patrick Ewings or Tim Duncans in the draft this year. They should just get rid of all the big contracts and don't bring on anymore until they do.

bob there is a rule in the nba,nfl and mlb that you have to draft or trade your pick and take someone back for it you cant just sit and wait for oscar, magic kareem or jordan to come along
