Michael Jordan would have never been as good if Scottie Pippen were not part of the team. Jordan is a joke off the court!

Thanks Mike wrote: I think its worth mentiong that Jerry Sloan is the guy who didn't want all that flashy play by Jordan. That was a career ending decision in CHI but glad to see he did OK with his career and ZERO RINGS. Jerry Sloan never coached Jordan.

bob1stshirt wrote: An obvious, but well-deserved and timely, tribute to Mssr Jordan. As good as Jordan was, he is well recognized by the caliber of those who are inducted with him. ALL are excellent inductees. All you can do is look at Stockton's career numbers and go WOW! He shattered the NBA career assist and steals marks. Jordan would have had to score 60,000 career points to have accomplished a similar feat. Not knocking Jordan. He is the greatest ever. But Stockton was the greatest pure point guard ever.

I'm glad I was around to see "The Greatest Basketball Player of all time" along with "The Greatest Runniung Back of all time" Walter Payton. Two great role models of how pro athletes should be.

You know the NBA is diluted when Jordan would still be a top 25 player if he was playing right now. The NBA has been nothing since the days of Jordan......

Jordan and Sloan, both former Bulls, inducted at the same time - sweet!
Can't help but notice that Johnny "Red" Kerr was "screwed" again in the contributor category - to bad the Hall's "anonymous 24" couldn't see their way clear to induct a man who built the Bulls franchise from nothing in their first season, and went on to become one of the best ambassadors the game of basketball has ever seen. Without Red, one could argue Jerry Sloan and Michael might never have been Bulls. The man dedicated his entire life to basketball and if that is not worthy as a contributor, I don't know what is.
Sincere congrats to Michael and Jerry - glad they are being honored and deservedly so. But the HOF has lost all credibility with this Bulls fan.

Who would have thought a white guy would lead in steals in the NBA?
