Move Wade to PG and put Daequan Cook in Wade's position... Wade IS the Miami Heat and he can lead the team... Cook has shown promise and at the end of last season he was quite impressive when given the opportunity... Banks lacks the leadership and the talent that we need at PG. Chalmers has some learning to do before he can be considered a starter and Quinn would be a great back-up... Stephon Marbury will only hurt the Heat if we bring him in...

Plan B for center actually sounds like it might work... Anything that will keep Blount out of a starting spot might actually work, come to think about it...

if marbury is not going to act like when he was with the knicks, then we might as well sign him. Hopefully, he won't be selfish like he been throughout his career with the knicks.
