as we said before, wade has to take charge of these games---all of them---and stop trying just to fit in. lead by getting to the rim, drawing fouls, getting to the line. he has to put up 30-35 points in order that they win. he must do this early and often. stop waiting around to be forced to lead. lead from the outset. you are not going to make a team of scrubs allstars---just stop making the only all star on the team a scrub to please the scrubs. wade needs to stop hiding from responsibility and go for 40 every night... they win 70% of their games when he scores over 30 points...

That's so true...Jordan never took a day off. Every game he played, he took the game over. Wade is a little fragile to be like that every game. But, Wade needs to be a superstar every game. That's the way it goes.

why not? Wade should strive to do that every game. Why put a ceiling on him. He is the best player in the league. He needs to get his mind and body stronger so that he expects extraorinary effort and result every single game like Michael Jordan. And they do need a better team around him though.
