The Heat on Friday fielded the best D-League team the NBA has to offer. Not surprisingly, it wasn't nearly enough in a 103-86 loss to Washington at AmericanAirlines Arena .

Coach your bench should be ahearn #3 pt spec. j anthony@ pwf and lasme for energy and defense and lets have fun in practice not boot camp coach let the players dowhat they do and simplify your plays to much thinking and not enough free flowing offense.Scout arizona st #13 great scorer from the arce also plays d and passes {nit}
