So Ira, what's the need for having Randy Pfund pulling down big bucks when Riley has no problem leaving the team to, in actuality, do his job for him and his scouts? Pfund looks very superfluous to me...

Its all Pat Rileys fault now so he wants to quit and now DWade is opting out for the season which he should have done. What do they have to lose and how many players are left to play???

seriously,

I think the heat will win more games without riley and wade. Haslem will step up as a leader. instead of playing .200 ball, i can see them winning playing .300.f

If they play .300 ball....Riley will be back as a coach.
