I have grown tired of reading all the negative things about Isiah Thomas so I went on to do a little research. First of all I cannot remember neither listening on the radio nor reading on the net so many negative things about Scott Layden. I ask myself, was the knick roster so much better when Layden was our GM? Currently the Knicks are fighting for a playoff spot, last year they were fighting for a lottery pick. So is Isiah as bad as it seems? The obvious question is; are people seeing the potential of the team and hope that Isiah does not get the chance to lead the team to the Promised Land? I cannot help wonder, if Isiah Thomas was like Scott Layden, white, will it be different? Whether you like or hate Isiah Thomas for what ever the reason might be, for you true knicks fan, this is the time to get behind your team. Forget who the coach or GM is for now. This team has potential and it was proven this group can win in half of a season as many games as they won the previous season with an all of fame coach. Look how the team comes together when they faced adversity including injuries. So if the team is that bad, why am I so excited to watch them play even when they loose? Can you say the same for the group below? I look forward to your comments
Here is your 2002 Roster under Scott Layden.
Shandon Anderson;Michael Doleac;Howard Eisley;Othella Harrington
Allan Houston;Travis Knight;Mark Pope;Kurt Thomas;Charlie Ward
Clarence Weatherspoon;Frank Williams; Antonio McDyess;Lavor Postell;Latrell Sprewell

can't we all just get along. And agree once and for all that the only way to save this team is to play MR. LIL NATE ROBINSON!!!!! Come on!

I couldn't agree more. The Knicks MUST get the ball to Lil Nate more in the low post.

It is simple. The Knicks must concentrate all of their efforts on cultivating a positive, team atmosphere. The only way to do this, of course, is to win a few games. And this can only be accomplished, by running each and every play for Mr. LIL NATE ROBINSON of one of his clones. I have been around basketball for many years and this is as obvious as it gets.
