With more and more players skipping the All-Star Game with "injuries" and what-have-you, why not replace the actual game with more of an award ceremony like the Hollywood Oscar awards? It's understandable that wealthy, star players are not particularily interested in playing yet another game (as if there weren't enopugh already), and risking literally millions of dollars in future income, on an injury received during a meaningless game.
