I can't take another loss or sloppy season, for goodness sake we are the KY Wildcats not the KY Mildcats. Please, bring in Farmer, Fieldhouse,Mashburn,Shephard,P elpherey,Joe B.Hall to explain to Coach Gillespie & our present team that this is KY Basketball not some no name School that never wins!!! Coach Pitino, took the Unforgettables almost to the final four if it hadn't been for a last second lucky shot by Duke's Latner! Please, some help the Coach and players to change defense when teams are killing us with threes!!!!!!!! I'm a die hard fan but it's geeting ridiculous and Dick Vitale can slam us all he want about how serious we are; but it's tradition in KY that a washed up Coach - Announcer can't even understand!! I'm asking somebody in the Leadership of UK Athletics to get us back in the Championship Mix by next year because as much as I love Tubby we can't take nine more defeating years as a Basketball institution or no one will want to come to play for us or coach us that could bring the program back to a winning championship reality. I know that I sound to serious but I love the Cats and want them to do more than lose! I just want to see them produce at there top level capacity and that will restore our pride back in UK Basketball.

first off if the ncaa followed the same rules with duke as they do everyone else , latner would have been ejected long before that last shot. shag was ejected for doing the same thing latner did in the same tourney. duke gets favoritism . but that is another story.
we all feel your pain. the firing needs to start from the top. mitch barnhart seems to have forgot what basketball school he works for. waiting to long to fire tubby , and then bringing a coach who cant handle the whole job. unc is about to take over the all time wins by a program. williams needs to give thanks to tubby and mitch when making his speech.
lets ask this question , if the same type of coaching was happening at UCLA or UNC , do you think the coach would be fired quickly ? answer is yes , because it has . for some reason , UK seems to be afraid to hand out a pink slip. and that is why UNC is about to become the number one winning program.

Finally, someone who understands UK's Basketball
dilema!!!!!!!!!! I appreciate the past & present Coaches but they knew when accepting the Job that KY doesn't like to lose and really understands our Basketball Dynasty!!!!!!!!!!

i think billy understands the concept that UK doesnt like to lose and is a dynasty. the problem is the job is just to tough for him to handle. the " peter principle" , you climb that career ladder until you reach a position that is just over bearing and your skills to get there are not helping because the job is to difficult. sort of like what is happening with obama . sometimes a person climbs the ladder to high in their repective field and the result becomes negative returns, such as UK losing to many games this year.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
