Here's what I see:

A team that has quit on its coach worse even than the TWolves quit on Wittman. This reflects directly on the coach's ability to connect with, build confidence in, and gain respect from the players.

Players who have gone backwards in their development, with the exception of Brewer.

A team that has no identity and no focus and shows no signs of gelling as a unit.

Players who seem to hate playing for this team and this coach, which is understandable.

No positive trajectory going into next season.

A management team, led by Kahn, that seems to have an interesting plan and willingness to move parts and take risks, but may have gone blind on its bad choices (Rambis and Flynn) and now is committed to forcing us and itself into believing that these are just slow ripening fruit, which is becoming harder and harder for the rest of us to believe every day.
