Ok Pacers, Ron Ron is not going to play tonight, so no excuses that he was supposed to be there and he wasn't. He has been a bad boy again, and the Kings are slapping his hands.

Now Jermaine, lets have your usual fine game, and get some help from the other "players". Troy, try to go back to getting a few rebounds, since you are probably going to start for the human rebounding machine, Jeff. And oh yes, Tingley, try to get more assists than turnovers and don't shoot the ball unless you have to. Get it to the scorers.

Mr. Dunleavy, bring your shot tonight, the good one, and try to play some defense. I know you thought that was just another four-letter word (from California and they can't spell anyway). Danny, get to the basket. You are a good 3 point shooter, but sometimes you just settle. Make something happen. And for all the other roll players--play your roll!!!

Finally, Rick, do something different tonight, win. These are basically the same guys you started the season with, except for the Kings trade, and you should be able to do something with them. Lets not loose another season like the last 2. Excuses are running out just like fans. DO IT!!

As long as Rick Carlisle's system, consist of just pounding the ball into O'Neal, the rest of the will play below their potential. The Pacers may win a few more games, but this season, like the past two is a bust. Until the Pacers change those in power, and the new management builds a team that can compete for championship, it's going to be more of the same.

Okay, so Rick has now decided to emphasize defense (58 games in the season and we still have to emphasize defense can you say low team IQ)Rick has also decided to tweak the line up with the same tired moves he has attempted in the past (Troy starts Jeff sits)my question is simple why has there been no tweaking in the one area that has been the biggest problem POINT GUARD? Jeff in Jeff out Troy in Troy out is a retread philosophy. The problem is neither of those players are going to be effective as long as Turnover Tinsley and his blow by me defense remains at the point. Carlisle continually messes with the back court combination and for some reason unknown to all of us true Pacer fans refuses to address the real problem. Tinsley could not guard me. I am 51 fat racked with joint pain in joints I never knew I had and have not held a basketball in 30 years.

Wake up Rick your problem is clearly in the front not the back. In order to change this team it is defense that is the problem. That is half the problem Rick. The other half of this equation is it is your POINT GUARD that is the defensive liability and until you come to realize what every other team in the NBA has realized this team will be one and done if they do happen to back into the playoffs

I am tried of seeing Carlisle comment in the news after each game as it is the same, Carlisle is by far the worth thing that has happen to the PACERS. fIRST YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE LEADER OF THIS TEAM TO WALK DOWN THE FLOOR BEFORE HE CAN CALL OUT A PLAY. oNEAL AND Tinlesy must go
before next season start. As we are out of it this year. Goodbye to this bunch of clowns.

The problem with the pacers defense is.The react instead of proact.you dont have to be a defensive specialist to bluff a little bit.Be active wiht your hands and the offensive player will be a bit hesitant with the basketball. Please mr Tinsley bluff your defense.bluff .bluff .bluff.

Defense is your problem, and you have two of the starting five in Dunleavy and Murphy. One who is a power forward/center who has no power, and one a shooting guard who can't shoot everyday. Once in a while both of them will have a game and you will go, WOW. That is what got them the 90 mil contracts, but they both can't play defense. In run and gun, you can hide that, but they system the PACERS play, no way, it gets exposed. And, they both can't run and gun either. Anyway, good luck with those two.

Thanks for the trade

My husband and I moved to Atlanta from Indianapolis 6 years ago. And one of the things we missed most was being able to go to Pacer games. We bought the NBA League Pass and attend the Hawks games whenever the Pacers came to town. We would laugh at how badly the Hawks played ---- until now. Now we are almost embarassed to admit we're Pacer fans.

We're tired of the same 'ole, same 'ole stuff. Artest was the beginning of when we noticed the lack of discipline expected by Pacer management. It continues with Tinsley. How many distractions must the team have? Notice how other teams react to bad-decision players? But Pacer management just turns the other cheek.

It's not any fun watching the Pacers play. And it's not because of their losing --- it's because of lack of effort !!!(And that includes management as well.)

Tinsley, Carlisle, Byrd must GO !!!!!!!!!!
