Nobody in their right mind would buy a condo in a building that also demands "very low income" people to live there too.
What the Bellflower's Marxists don't understand is there's a reason many people who are in the "very low income" bracket are IN the "very low income bracket."
They tend to be single, with kids, and no college education.
Why should someone who works, saves. and plays the game by the rules pay full market price for a condo, while someone who has NOT gets to live in the same building?
To the City of Bellflower:
Marxism is evil. It is evil because it doesn't reflect human behavior, so the mischief required to conform to the doctrine creates misery on the innocent, contributing members of society.
That's why Reagan called Russia "The Evil Empire," and that is why those who impose "very low income" housing in condominiums are agents of evil, and doomed to a misshapen society, spawning failure.
