Three straight wins. These guys are so screwed up, they win NOW? NOW? NOW? Zeke can't do anything right. They had a nice lottery chase going. This team truly is a loser.

I was proud of the Ewing/ Starks Knicks that were the only team of that era to play hard against Jordan's Bulls. The only team that actually thought they could win and didn't roll over. What I can't imagine any Knick fan saying is they are proud of this ensemble that can't even show up in shape. The only thing thomas does well is draft. Perhaps he could be the highest-paid draft consultant in the history of sports.

This isn't the first time he has slighted the 90s Knicks
by omission in interviews. I doubt it was a coincidence that this remark was timed to Ewing's induction into the hall of fame. The man wants to get fired. Once may have been a mistake but twice?

I caught the Magic game at the Garden on TV and Isiah looked
like he wanted to cry for most of it, he had this look on his face like he wanted to be anywhere but here.

Thomas wants a buyout ASAP
and a chance to run back to Detroit where they still remember him for something other than being the worst executive in the history of the NBA. Please Walsh, give him what he wants Knicks fans
everywhere will be better for it.

I try to refrain from calling Isiah names, but this idiot has to go. I am a proud Knicks fan and I still reminisce on those 90's teams that have given the Garden fateful ton loads of memories. To dissmiss the Ewing/Starks/Oakley era, while coaching the worst team I have ever seen is an outrage!! Those teams didn't have the greatest talent, but they played hard every night. If, not for "can't tocuh" Jordan we would have at least 2 banners from the 90's in the Garden Rafters. I just want to see my team be relevant again.

The concern here is that Isiah is extremely manipulative. He'll probably just say that it's been "another bad year" and that "things will be better next season". Donnie shouldn't be suckered into this and just fire the guy from the team completely. If there are players who were comfortable with the lax conditions Isiah has set, they need to go to. And yes- fans are proud of the Knicks with Ewing in his prime.

ok folks, i was born in 1979 and have loved the knicks every since. I have always been proud of them. Even when they lose until this year under this horrible person. To not acknowledge Ewing/Starks/Mason/Derek Harper/Alan Houston etc and how proud we were to chant GO NY GO is amazing...New York is in my blood...the emabarrasment this idiot has brought saddens me...i read everyday hoping Walsh fires and him and puts security at the door with thomas' picture with a circle and red line through it.....Walsh Please save NY and restore Pride...something thomas never brought

btw: DetroitBen.......winning a championship doesnt make you proud...pride isnt developed on winning and losing...it comes from effort and passion....blood and tears...thomas' (your so called champion) lies, cheats, (is basically a criminal) and is far from every brining hope and pride to NY....he doesnt even know how to lose without being arrogant and a liar....he makes us all sick....please..take ur champion back to detroit...ill take the 90's Knicks losing and playing hard over anything thomas has showed us in the past 4 years....i just cant wait till hes gone...

I am surprised at the lack of knowledge of Knick history. HE will probably amend it today to say he meant no disrespect. IF MJ wasn't in CHi town the same time Ewing would have a few rings. But so could have stockton/malone and maybe Barkley. THis sounds like the same Thomas that walked off the floor before the end of the game when they lost to the Bulls in the playoffs the first time. no class and can't be defended this time.. sounds like a man that knows his job ends after game 82...

TO BE A CHAMPOIN YOU MUST BEAT A CHAMPION!!! hhmm..ok obviously tom samuel and kj from queens have pride..and that is good..but to say thomas was a lie acheat and an idiot when yawl mafos was gonna TRADE FOR THOMAS IN HIS LAST YEAR AS A PISTON???YOU GIVE MJ TOO MUCH CREDIT..HE DESTROYED NY AT THE GARDEN. SO YOU NEVER WON..DETROIT BEAT YOU..CHICAGO BEAT YOU..YOU SHOWED HEART BUT NEVER WON THE BIG ONE...EVEN RED AUERBACH AS BEEN QUOTED TO WANT ISIAH ON HIS TEAM. HIS TEAN REVOLUTIONIZED THE NBA..MADE IT MORE PHYSICAL ,INTIMIDATING..REMEMBER THE PIPPEN HEADACHES??...My only point is people wake up..even Jordan pushed of brian russell to hit his last shot..to finish UTAH JAZZ>>speaking of Utah DONT EVER ..EVER PUT THEM WITH THE ELITE..STOCKTON AND MALONE WERE LOSERS TOO...LAKERS,PISTONS,BOSTON,BU LLS, AND NEW YORK ARE GREAT FANCHISES..BUT ONLY ONE(THE KNICKS ARE FAMOUS FOR MSG)..NONE EVER SAID I WANNA PLAY FO RTHE KNICKS ITS ALWAYS THE GARDEN..

What the heck is Thomas talking about now? We've been proud of this before him, Layden, and Dolan decided to crap on us fans since they've taken over. It breaks my heart because through thick or thinnest I am a born and raised Knick fan.
Even in the 90's we were always in the hunt, competitive, and gave it our all. The NEW YORK KNICKS were not the butt of the NBA jokes. We're happy Donnie has taken over and we'll be happier when Thomas has no decision authority. Dolan has at least 6 to 7 years to apologize for. Hiring Donnie Walsh is a good start. We can forgive in NY but we sure the hell won't forget.
Goodbye Isiah, you and Layden can both finish the book you were writing "How To Ruin A Famous NBA Franchise".

Hey D-Ben you make some valid points but if you want to keep it REAL. The Pistons didn't want anything to do with your BOY Zeke when he wanted to become an NBA executive and now I see why! They made the right choice with Joe D. But make no mistake even though 23 was killing us he sure the hell put the extra smack down on those same BAD BOYS!

Would you replace Joe D for Zeke?....Huh?!.......You quiet.....no comment..........I didn't think so.

No Zeke. Us Knick fans aren't proud as long as your at the helm. We can only get better from here. We need some Ewing, and Jackson to lead us into the future. And if that doesn't work.... Maybe they can throw on a jersey again, and help us out. Hey anything is possible.

YES KNICK SINCE '61..LOL DETROIT OWED ISIAH NUTHIN AND YET OWED HIM EVERYTHING...ITS HARD TO NAVIGATE THAT..JOE D WAS ZEKES LITTLE BROTHER..AND HE GOT THE POSITION..BUT THE PALAACE OF AUBURN HILLS IS KNOWN AS "THE PLACE THAT ISIAH THOMAS BUILT..".Many people hated ZEKE and Bill Laimbeer because he was not on their team...RED AUREBACH said this..WE ALL KNOW THIS..lol JOhn Starks, great player just not a playoff guy..good shooter..just not in playoffs..Kenny Smith and vernon Maxwell..same mold..great shooters 3 pointers all day long..during season..come playoffs.. zilch..Why..caUSe they had no awareness..on how to impact a playoff game or series by wearing your oppenet down and getting to the line..taking it to the hole..Isiah knows this..Joe D. knows this..vinnie johnson..knows this. SO I ASK YOU...WHY YOU MOFOS AINT LEARNING FROM ISIAH BEFORE YOU THROW HIM AWAY?? YOU GUYS TRIED TO EMULATE THE PISTONS IN THE MID TO LATE 90'S..MARBURY'S EGO IS too big or small..to take pointers from Isiah on how to be great..and its a waste..I though at one point he was better than IVERSON..bu tnow I see that they are both similar..great talent..but stilll NOOT WIINNNERS..That is the whole POINT IS TOO WWWIIINN!!! You guys deserve what you get if you dont understand that..SOO ISIAH IS NOW JUST COLLECTING CHECKS CAUSE YOU GUYS ARE APPRECIATING ANYTHING..SINCE 1973!!!
