Kidd and all the Nets have received a free pass by the NY media for the last 3 years while the Knicks have been portrayed as a laughing stock whose coach/GM should be fired and the owner should be forced by the NBA to sell the team. The Nets have TWO less losses than the KNicks... it's about time someone showed some ,,, mr. Baumbach

I agree but with the Three Pointer it doesn't even have to be close in the last 4 mniutes providing they have a guy that can shoot 3 pointers.

I think Kidd's issue is that he is perplexed by racial stereotypes, although no one is sure which race he conflicted by....

not a good time to mention Marbury at all - can't you give him a break this week?

the article is totally wrong man, u cant compare him to stephon marbury.....stupid steph said before training camp that he didn't care about winning, he wants to play in europe. Kidd sees his oppertunity twindling to contend for a championship again, and wanted the nets to go out and fix the team. Instead they sign carter to a huge contract when they needed a big man to impact the middle. Steph is a league all by himself when it comes to selfishness, and people who wine the Knicks get a bad rap and the Nets get a pass......besides this what is there bad to talk about the Nets? The Knicks are more covered off the court than on

There's no way the Lakers are going to get rid of Bynum considering how much he's improved this year.

People are are becoming worse than animals.

Remember Kidd's wife with her child as a "prop" during games on national TV?

Remember Stephon M. backing up Michael Vick over murdering the dogs?

I use to love the NBA, the Suns with Chambers and Hornacek and Majarle, KJ, EJ ... now they are all covered with tattoos ... it's a sickening spectacle. Like a bunch of hoodlums. No D. No Olympic win. No continuity or passing. A disjointed low-light film of individualism. Like our society. Deconstructed.

Still probably some very decent Christian players are around whom we never hear about ... like Charlie Ward, who got run out of NY and the NBA because it's all about greed and being disgusting role models for our sick and debased youth with the pants worn half way down and the hats on sideways, on Prozac, in jail, criminals, gangs, mind raped by the public schools and mass media ... just really a tragedy!

Our nation is on the verge of collapse. The NBA provides many of the reasons why from a pathology point of view.

Very sad indeed!

And to think people spit on Jackie Robinson, a clean cut, patriotic, anti-Communist.

My how we have fallen.

kidd's a wife beater. Get rid of him. Let him be someone else's "headache". I think he should go to Italy with Stephano the Italian point guard. That would be funny. It would make Stephano second rate in Europe, too. But SSSHHHH! Don't tell Stephano. He thinks he's the best. HA HA HA HA. NY basketball is infested with vermin.

Ward is a creep. We need less Christians, like we need less fanatical Muslims. Screw religion. We would be better off without the Christian child molesting , closeted hypocrite, homosexuals, like the one's who have led our country down the road to ruin.

The Nets ought to just give Kidd what he wants. Clearly, this team started winning when they got him, and they would be nothing without him. Of course, he's not as good as he was, but you don't want to bring a lousy team to Brooklyn. They'll burn the new arena down.

Hey Baumbach- when did you get your medical license?- How do you know if he had a migraine or not? Course everything you write is simply to stir the pot anyway. So- an unnamed source, huh? One Source? Or do you have corroboration? Were you absent the day they taught source verification? I know you were not there the day they taught ETHICS because if you had been present, you would know how unethical it is hte unsubstantiated crap that you write- Guess the Yankees got tired of your crap huh? After your recent promotion, I hope you see the writing on the wall- Next stop a one way ticket to Palookaville.
