Walker keeps Heat hot

Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

It was a game as wildly erratic as the play of Heat forward Antoine Walker. Bad early, better late, and just enough at the finish.

Giving Walker the ball is like giving a blind man a Gun and asking him to shoot an apple off your head!
He needs corrective eye surgery,he has to feel his way around like a blind man once he knows where the basket is,he makes a couple!

This country is so politically correct it is sickening. So retire the jerseys of the guys that have the same feelings as Tim but just lie to your face so they do not suffer the same fate as Tim.

Get real and grow a set.

The fact remains that he said it. I may hate a group of people and wish they were not allowed in the U.S. but if I'm a public figure, and say it, I would suffer the consequences.

You can't go around making hate comments towards others and not expect there to be reprecussions.

I was a big Hardaway fan, but not so much anymore. If you're bigoted and stupid, then it's better you keep your mouth shut.

Coach Riley were you watching the game ??????? Walker stunk up the place for 3 quarters with him in the game. The 1 st half he (Walker)was 0 for 6 even into the 3rd.(1 for 5) and he played dump. That was the REASON the Heat were down by 18 points in the first place. If you want to give credit were credit is due Jason Williams was the player who keep the Heat in the game the entire 3 quarters hitting big 3 pointers to cut into a 18 point lead. Just can't figure why Pat Riley kept JWILL out of the line up with 4 seconds left Heat up by 1 point and the JAZZ have to foul the Heat..Williams a 93% free thrower and the best free throw shooter in the NBA. I see some of the sad free throw shooters miss on the Heats team all year. Williams should have MORE credit that Walker in this win.

Bottom line JWill was the man who kept the Heat in the game, from the Jazz turning the game into a rout. Williams set up players all night, and Williams hit big shots. This guy is worth his weight in gold. Riley talked about Walker and Wright's game. I thought they both played fair, and sometimes STUPID. Why doesn't Riley give JWill some of the credit. And I have to agree Riley has to put JWill in the last seconds of the game to shot free throws. Riley must be still getting over his anisthesia from his hip and knee replacement.

I think what has happened to the heat since Wade got hurt is fascinating. They are on a roll without him, yet were unable to get on a roll without Shaq. I think Wade is an incredible player, but is it possible that in reality a healthy Shaq is more valuable to the team than a healthy Wade?

Seriously, whatever contribution he made to this Heat team has nothing to do with his opinion. Last time I checked you're allowed to voice your opinion.

completely correct. walker played well in the fourth, but was a liability most of the game. once dorrell and shaq came in in the 3rd and fourth the energy and defense changed. then it was an awesome TEAM effort to come back (eddie, jwill, haslem, wright, walker).

great win against the Jazz. Carlos Boozer is fricking awesome though.

For a game or two, sure, but not for an extended period, and while Shaq has precious few years left in his career, Wade's star is still rising. Wade will be a dominating force in the NBA long after Shaq has retired.

Just because Tim Hardaway spoke his mind why should he be punished. Knowing how sensitive people are he should have been more careful talking on the radio. The same thing can be said about the Dixie Chicks. It's not like Hardaway is leading a gay bashing parade just leave the guy alone and get over it

It's not the same. The Dixie Chicks gave voice to what the majority was thinking. Hardway spoke for the minority.
