I commend Larry Bird and the Pacers organization for finally trying to do something real about the gangsta thug image that the Pacers have had. Go Larry put all the thugs on thin ice and if they slip get rid of them. NBA players should have to sign a morals clause much like teachers have in their contracts. I hardly watch the NBA anymore because it is nothing more that a bunch of ghetto gangsta thugs acting like criminals instead of PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES! Clean it up!

Jermaine is a punk and he proves that almost everytime he opens his mouth. He chose not to become the leader and player that the Pacers needed, however, he could not fill the shoes of Reggie, and who could.

Bird and the Pacers have pulled off what appears to be two block buster trades. Only time will tell if the trades are great and will help the team, or will they be a bust! Go Pacers!

I do not know bird personally and i have never heard him say a racist word, just because you fire someone from a job and they happen to be of another race you call that racist,take the color out of this white or black ISAIAH THOMAS was not a very good coach at all, so i guess donnie walsh is a racist too since he also let ISAIAH go,did you notice that out of the seven players bird did go get 5 were black and 2 were white does not seem racist to me.

I cannot wait to see the new Pacers. I have been a fan of Roy Hibbert's since he was in high school at Georgetown Prep. He will bring a positive attitude to the team and hopefully keep them away from using guns at strip clubs! I'm ready to watch some real basketball!

Isaiah Thomas sucked, he created A mess Bird had to clean up.

Ron Artest (who I was pissed off to see go), Johnathan "The Bench Warmer" Bender being overpaid for way too long, Stephen "Just Shoot Me" Jackson, us losing Peja Stoyokavic and Brad Miller, and Jamaal Tinsley.
OK well I guess Donnie Walsh is responsible for some of that mess, but most of it is clearly Isaiah Thomas' doing.

And just for the record, I blame the Pacers losing Anthony Johnson and Fred Jones, and drafting David Harrison and Shawne Williams, and the Pacers trading for Marquise Daniels, and signing Sheronis Yesicavecasis, and trading A first round pick for Al Harrington (clearly not worth the #11 pick) all on Donnie Walsh. Bird had NOTHING TO WITH ANY OF THAT!!!!!!!!!!
If I remember right Bird didn't even want Shawnie Williams and wanted Danny Granger!!!!!!!!

So personally, I dunno if Bird is the best GM out there, but he is defenitally not a racist and he is a hell of allot better GM then Thomas or Walsh!!!!!!!!!!

Because I can tell you right now Isaiah is to blame for the Knicks trading a top 10 draft pick for Zack Randoff, Stephan Marburry wanting to be called starburry and a bunch of other team's trash going to the Knicks!!!!!!!!!!
Hell I bet if Isaiah Thomas were still coaching the Knicks he would be dumb enough give up a first round pick for Jamaal Tinsley and extend his contract!!!!!!!!!!

Also notice that he 2 white guys who are they? Macy Obastach and Nustervic will most likely be gone after this season. And everyone else in the trade will most likely get a long-term deal.

Yeah, both trades were big. But personally I don't think either of them was as big as the trade the Pacers made 2 years ago with Golden State.
