It amazes me that Lee is talked about so often as a trade chip. Only a chump would trade him....nuff said....I think Donnie and Dan are convinced by now as well and they will pay dearly for trying to trade Lee. Anyhow looking at the SG for the All Star Ballot I saw Dwayne Wade scoring the most points and doing what is expected then there was Vince Carter followed by our own Jamal Crawford. Can you believe we traded an all star gaurd (and forward in Randolf) for Harrington? What are you thinking Donnie? You still have not answered me, what were you thinking? We get two small forwards, don't we already have two good ones in Dano and Chandler? We already have a PF in Lee? Chandler can back up the PF spot. Aren't we in need of a shooting guard ? What gives? Are we going to get Dwayne Wade? OK, nuff that....then comes Randolf, who was having an all star season before injury. 20 and 13 or something like that. Is Tim Thomas all we get for that? Huh? Then to add insult to injurty we give away our most promising point guard in Mardy Collins. Have you looked at Mardy's numbers when he plays big minutes? They are almost exactly the same as Duhon's. Don't we need a backup point guard? What the heck? OK, so we may have cleared some cap space, so what. We have to wait another year. We could have waited untill the trading deadline until we gave up Randolf. We could have traded Marbury for someone if we let him play. Man, the Craw trade was the worst trade in the last 10 years, way worse than Marbury for what we gave up and what we didn't get. Donnie you owe the fans a public apology. I don't care about 2010. We could have still had good players this year.

If the Knicks want to get rid of Curry so bad maybe they can trade him for DeAndre Jordan, a guy who is just starting to blossom.

If the Knicks can trade Eddy "Baby Huey" Curry and have to include David Lee in the deal, I believe it's best in the long term...

David Lee is a very nice complimentary player. That said, he is not, in my view, worthy of a near max or max contract. The Knicks have been punished by this in the past (see Allan Houston)...

I think the Knicks have to give Lee a new contract. This kid has proven himself in this system. He doesn't complain, he hustles all the time, he works on the flaws in his game, he's a good citizen, and the fans love him. It won't take a mistake contract (Jerome James) to resign him. He WANTS to stay in NY. If the Knicks trade every good player away do you really think LeBron will come to NY to play with 12 pairs of shoes?
