The system is only as good as the personnel, but seeing how this team pushed the superior Lakers to the end is encouraging. Team definitely alot easier watching than when Isiah was running the show. Now, we just need some players and hopefully we'll get them in 2010. The suffering has to end and from the looks of the team under Walsh and D'Antoni, you can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. There actually is a plan and its working!

Guarantee you if Isiah was still running the show, instead of clearing salary cap space for 2010, Isiah would be taking on more bloated contracts and helping other teams get under the cap. He probably would have given Starbury another max contract extension too!
