Easy with the comparison. He's great but he's not me.
He put up 61 on the Knicks.
I did that on a regular basis when the Knicks were actually good.

Scoring 6 more points than Jordan is not shattering a record.

What a memorable night...I just think it was a nightmare for fans who were actually rooting for the Knicks to win like myself. Now if we can only prevent Lebron from racking a triple-double.

So when that awful sports show about great moments at the garden is aired a couple of years from now, are they going to chronicle this degrading moment?

Fans root against the Knicks at the garden? The opposition breaks a record against the Knicks?

When are the Nets finally coming to Brooklyn. I miss having a basketball team. New York really does need one.

I agree! He basically had to play out of his mind for them to win. I love what Walsh and D'Antoni are doing. I hope that idiot Isiah is taking notes.

what difference does it make ? rapist ? adultery ? the fact that he was doing something he shouldn't have been doing, tells you about who he is. And don't think for one second he doesn't take a similar road again

Every time a sports hero sexually assaults someone, his fans say the woman lied. What garbage.

Those weren't Knicks fans; in fact, they weren't even Lakers fans. Those are just the typical bandwagon-jumping losers who go from great team to great team and great player to great player. Ten years ago, they were wearing Jordan jerseys and cheering on the Bulls. Two years ago, they were wearing Brady jerseys and rooting for the Patriots. It is what it is. Some people just want to only cheer for the winner. Instant gratification or something. But real sports fans know how pathetic they really are. Next time you see some goofball (usually under 30-year-old) wearing a Lakers jersey in a city outside LA - sometimes even in LA - ask them to name the team's coach before Phil Jackson.

Newsday has become a tabloid rag, like the New York Post, whose readership (that is, if they can read) only care about sports, pornography, worshipping Hollywood idols, getting drunk and orgasms.
