Ugh, another title for Boston. If the Bruins start the season 2-0, I'm quitting watching professional sports forever!!!

Congratulations to the green team!!! 22 long years but well worth it. Now if only the Knickes can win a championship. 35 years going on 135. D'Antoni won't win with Jimmy Boy running the franchise.

Can we please now stop the Kobe-MJ comparisons now. I mean MJ has never and would never put up such a sorry Finals performance as Kobe did in these finals. He was a non factor and non existent.
The comparisons were always ludicrous in my opinion anyway, and now it's finally proven. Now the media is going to have to find something else to make up because they can't write comparing stories about Kobe anymore.

Isn't this June 18th? Shouldn't basketball season be over in April? No wonder nobody cares about the NBA, the season is too freaking long.

To Sharpshooter than again the seasons are too long for all pro sports. I mean NHL goes thru early to mid June, football goes from JUly through February & the MLB season from Feb to October. Time to go back to the days when only the top teams make playoffs. For NHL use top four teams in each division, ditto for MLB, go back to 4 divisions 2 & 2 before the 3 division & wild card took over in 1994. In NBA use top 4 teams from each division. This way sports don't overlap one another. Worth a try but probably never happen. MONEY!!

Is anyone else bothered that the Celtics don't have one single white player? If it were the other way around it would make national headlines.
