How about convincing Riley (Shaq & Kobe - be friends again) to agree to try a trade with the LAKERS to get KOBE to the HEAT?
As the recently discussed deal between the Lakers, the Kings and the Bulls (with the Lakers getting Artest & Wallace, and the Kings getting Gordon & PJ Brown, and Kobe going to the Bulls) did not go through, basically because of Kobe's No-Trade clause, there is/would be a window of opportunity for the HEAT to get KOBE under the following (technically checked out) trade scenario:
The MIAMI HEAT would get Bryant KOBE (with a Salary:$19,490,625 and Years Remaining: 3 --- PTS: 45.0 REB: 8.0 AST: 4.0 PER: 30.78 --- KOBE's contract would have: No-Trade Clause Cannot trade this player without receiving his consent. Only a player with at least 8 years of NBA experience, including at least 4 years with the team he is signing with, is eligible to negotiate a no-trade clause into his contract.
The LA LAKERS would get in return from the HEAT the following players:-> a) Dorell Wright --- with a Salary:$2,040,746 and Years Remaining: 1; -> b) Jason Williams -- with a Salary:$8,937,500 and Years Remaining: 1; and -> c) Udonis Haslem, with a Salary:$6,050,000 and Years Remaining: 3 ....
This would be for all parties a workable trade, and I believe that it would not only benefit the HEAT, as well as the LAKERS (as the deal is surely better as the above mentioned 3-way trade between the Bulls, KIngs and Lakers)
This would be great for the HEAT, more or less guaranteeing us a place in the NBA Finals for the next 2 years to come - including this season!
THE HEAT should go for this trade and GET KOBE NOW!

Let's Be Clear! Once a Champion, Always A champion. The Heat are fighting against themselves to live their winning creed "15 strong." From a personnel standpoint they are better. Kapono, Posey and Jones enjoyed their success because of the constant doubles Wade & Shaq warrant. They were after thoughts on their teams prior to coming to Miami. Davis, Parker & Hardaway will quickly erase the memory of what was lost to what was gained. Davis & Parker are more athletic than of those guys. Penny's knowledge & experience outweigh all combined.
Shaq is correct it's about Legacy, for thats all anyone will remember 20-30 years from now. So, if they display Heart & Character there's no doubt they will be vindicated from last season's tumultuos end. "Character is not made in a crisis- it is only displayed!" (Robert Freeman) Let's Go Heat!!
