Don't worry about it. Beasley will never play up to his potential because Spoelstra doesn't have the talent to develop nor coach superstar talent. Spoelstra is less of a ability that SVG and Shaq appropriately got SVG fired and Riley to replace him to win the championship.
I don't believe Wade or Beasley will re-up with Heat as long as Spoelstra is present. The only reason Heat made playoffs is because Spoelstra wore out Wade. He didn't develop any of the other players at all and his starting five is rigid.
