Hey everybody, Pinas here. JVG did a decent job, but he wasn't as loose or funny as he usually is. Just thank God we don't have renowned Lakers hater Marv Albert calling the plays.

Orlando, please don't be offended by Kobe baring his teeth throughout this series. He's intense, he's focused, he's hell-bent on winning this one and, Orlando, nothing personal but you just happen to be in the way.

I think Van Gundy made a mistake by putting the one guy with a ring on the inactive list. I thnk that move will come back to haunt Orlando dwon the line!! Tyron Lue could have been the Kobe stopper!!!

I must have watched a different broadcast because while the game was close in the first half both announcers were giving Jeff Van Gundy a hard time every chance they got. It was only after it became a blowout that they backed off.

I must give Orlando credit they beat the number one seed and the number two seed in the east. However, the lakers are another level, bigger stage,Kobe, the staple center, big time basketball and did I say Kobe.Look at the bright side of it at least you guys have two eastern conference championships. The nba only has one nba championship in florida baby and thats in downtown MIAMI.Go Heat Ha HA HA The tragic Sucks. It was a beatdown next game will be closer a beating of 10-12 points. Then the magic return to play in the gym you call amway orena Its over Lakers in 6. Nice season being runners up. At least when Miami goes to the finals they win. Again dont take anything from the magic its been a nice ride for orlando fans but come on your playing the Lakers. The franchise that gave shaq a bigger stage, bigger city, bigger market. I mean think about it they have a beach you guys have lake eeh ola. Staples center VS a gym etc etc. Wake up Orlando your playing KOBE and the lakers not Edgewater high. GO HEAT tragic choke HA HA HA Lakers in 5 or 6. Its going to be a joy watching the tragic lose. Say what you want Magic Fans just remember Miami Heat the first and only championship in Florida.

Jeff Van Gundy asked both of his broadcast partners AND the network, while offering to step down, if they had any problem with him doing the series with his brother involved. They both said "no problem". The guy's a pro -- he'll adjust. Btw, I'm a Laker fan and I certainly have no problem with JVG doing the commentary. He's a veteran coach and his opinions are respected around the league. That being said...Hey Magic! This ain't Cleveland. Better bring your "A" games to this party!

Playing Jameer in the first game of the finals after 4 mos was mind boggling. The Magic had a rythm going on, they love the fast game. Jameer plays a half court game, he is only good for the first qtr of the regular season, for a real man game, Rafer will deliver.

Orlando lost this game (Lakers didn't win it). I don't understand why Orlando cannot keep driving to the basket like they did in the first half. That INEVITABLY lost the game for them.

You see, driving to the basket got the Lakers in foul trouble early in the game. Continuing that strategy could only have gotten them even deeper in foul trouble (some key players could have fouled out, or spent major time on the bench). This could only have helped Orlando, even with all the missed free-throws.

Now it's a daunting task for Orlando. They need to win 3 out of 3, 2 in LA. Daunting but not impossible, i.e. if they can cut down the TOs, make a few more free throws, contest open shots, and give up fewer offensive rebounds.

DH....YOU'VE GOTTA MAKE MORE OF YOUR FREE-THROWS! Sure you'll appreciate Stan's tantrums now. Pick it up Magic.

Van Gundy lost this last game, by playing Jameer Nelson and not Courtney Lee and Ray Alston, the ones that got him to the NBA finals. Jameer is 4 months cold. He can still pass, but he is not a shooter like he used to be. Van Gundy has a big ego, and no players can give him any lip, or they sit the bench. I think Lee gave him some Lip, and sat out the rest of the game.

Van Gundy needs to be fired ASAP! What is he thinking putting Jameer (has mental issues?) in the game after 4 months of non play? The team was on a roll with Rafer in the point guard position.

He is wasting good talents by not playing them the way they should. Fire Van Gundy now!
