Don't want to get prophetic on Mom's Day but, at the end of the day: one team will be up 3-1 or the other 2-2. Turnovers, turnovers I say, will be the key to this game. Pay attention people. GO MAGIC

Great article Bret. Thanks for posting. This must have been written before the Perkins elbow on Friday night which didn't result in a suspension.

Stu Jackson said that Perkins elbow didn't make contact with Pietrus. It is simply comical now how biased the NBA is toward certain teams.

Haha I said all along let's put someone in there that we can really afford to have suspended and break Rondo's nose!!Win win situation

It's too bad that the magic, if they win, will feel as though they beat the real Celtics. It would be a hollow victory.
STFU. Orlando is playing without it's starting PG who really made our offense work. So don't start putting a lame a$$ spin on things.

I doubt they will win tonight but I could see Boston winning game 5 at home if the Magic relax and take their foot of the gas.

At age 52, I just caught the last year of Bill Russell's career. My first season as a Celtic fan, they went 39-43, and missed the playoffs.

The NBA was thrilled!
By the time we were competing again, they were in love with the Knicks, and the Chamberlain, West, Baylor Lakers.

We won a couple despite their wishes, then declined again, until Larry arrived.

They loved Larry, but they loved Magic, and showtime a lot more. They loved the match up, as long as the Lakers won.

After we pounded them physically, In '84, they changed the finals to 2-3-2, instead of 2-2-1-1-1, in order to favor the Lakers.

So don't give me any conspiracy junk, about the NBA favoring the Celtics. They hate us, because we play as a team, and don't elevate one guy,(Jordan, Magic, KoMeMe, "the queen", Howard?) above the team concept. It doesn't match their marketing strategy, which is why so many white folk stopped watching.

I'll be rooting for my guys, but I've got no beef with you guys, just don't fall for that "one guy God thing" that their trying to put Howard into,'cause it will do your team harm, in the end.

Good luck y'all, but not too much!:-D

I can only hope that the Magic play as well as they can. They need to win at home.

KG = Defensive Player of the Year and Powe could shoot the pants off your lame point guard.
The suspension is nothing more than stupidly shooting yourself in the foot.

That's the spirit; cheat if you have to, and you probably will have to.
Chicago intentionally slammed Rondo to the floor TWICE, but where are the Bulls now?

Excuse me but first off Dwight Howard is the Defensive Player of the Year.

Second, what are you talking about a suspension for? I'm telling you that we lost Jameer Nelson our (All-Star) Point Guard a couple of months back. He is a 50% shooter and 45% from the 3-point line. He makes our starting lineup deadly.

You guys are missing KG and we are missing All-Star Jameer Nelson. It balances out so don't talk any shite about you guys being weakened. So were we due to injuries.

KG was last years DMVP and an injury prevented him from taking it this year.
No matter, Lame Duck (Goal-tending) Howard lost at home last night, even with KG on the bench, didn't he?
Gonna blame the refs? How? The Celts were in foul trouble wayyy early, and the phantom call on Pierce was laughable, after they took it away from Perkins who did foul on the play and gets in foul trouble early anyway.
