Mike, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Everything you said about college basketball vs the NBA is also true of college football vs the NFL. Why? Talent. Period. Reggie Bush was one of the greatest college players of all time but now he is an afterthought. Does he still play for New Orleans?
I realize you're not interested in college basketball anymore since your Gators didn't make the big dance, but you can keep your NBA, I'm sticking with college ball. It is watchable, unlike the boring NBA.

I agree, college basketball has been getting worse, too many one and dones, and i don't like nba either so idk what to do (high school?)
