Walsh is in over his head. His early handling of the media and their probing questions tell me all I need to know. He is absolutely not prepared for the onslaught of questions every day and the fierce criticism that comes from New York fans. I don't car ethat he's a "New Yorker" originally, he is out of his element, and woefully unprepared for the vultures that will pursue him and his statements relentlessly.

Just what makes you think Walsh is unprepared for anything. This is a sly old fox with 40 years of basketball experience. Regarding the NY media, you simply have to manage, think and have some command of the English language. There is nothing to be prepared for. If you are sharp of mind and articulate, you can answer questions intelligently. Walsh possesses both attributes and has managed very well thusfar. We all have an understandable doomsday attitude regarding the NY Knicks, but Isiah Thomas is for all intents and purposes gone. He is evidently going to be Donnie's GoFor and is only here at the bequest of James Dolan, who cannot digest the thought of firing Thomas, gifting him 18mil and suffering the public embarrassment of admitting his mistake and perceiving himself to be the baffoon he really is.

I second both motions. I think it's possible that Donnie may not be great here; on the other hand, Eddie Donovan was not exactly that before he got here, either.
So far, I think he's doing OK.
Just wanna see some integrity in the club's day to day business - if that's possible with Spoiled Brat One still acting as owner.

Hey Allie, give it a rest. Somebody has to run the show, right? So why not someone with decades of experience. Or would you have preferred to just keep Isiah on? Jeez. People like you are the reason that New Yorkers have the reputation that they do outside of New York. No decision is EVER the right one, and nothing with EVER be good enough. Get over yourself.
