Yep, he basically said it all.

It's the fans fault because they pay to watch this joke. Now we don't even have to wonder if thats the way they think because Isiah just admitted it.

It's the fans fault who go to the games NOT to support their team but to boo them and make the game harder on them. If you can't go to root for your team then just give the damn tickets away. Quit being bandwagon fans.

Isiah is right in what he said. The Knicks salary cap number, while still bad, is getting better and in the next few years they might be able to get out from under it. They have tranformed the team from a bunch of aging ex-stars to a roster full of talented youth that needs to learn to play as a team and come together. As long as the Knicks don't deal expiring contracts like Malik Rose and take back salary for additional years for some washed up veteran, they will continue to improve in this area. Marbury will be one of the next ones to come off the books with his $20 a year.
