Read the posts, SCRUB, you're not the only Magic fan in this forum and plenty of you guys are talking about him "sucking" (which is why I don't understand the uproar). Orlando expressed little interest AFTER the season and didn't make an offer when he was being courted by other squads. They seemed to be focused on Rashard Lewis (as they should have), not Hill. If they REALLY wanted him, they could've kept him, plain and simple. I just cannot believe the hating that Grant's received from you Magic fans; the guy doesn't owe Orlando a DAMN thing, he fulfilled his contract, case closed!<quoted text>
Good another scrub to check. I didn't say anything about how Grant sucks. To call you out, the Magic did approach Grant about playing more years here before and during last season, but Grant couldn't make his mind up if he wanted to retire or not, he made that decision last week, I guess. I stated that maybe he could have showed some loyalty to the organization that stuck by his wishes and wants when he told them not to seek the injury exception, when he was getting paychecks while in the RDV swimming pool. But being a REAL sports fan, loyalty doesn't exist on a constant basis in sports anyway, from owners, management, and players. Players get screwed alot as it is. Another realistic point, is that Grant is being paid less money to TRY and get a championship. But with the way it seems for him, the teams that he left improved towards that goal. So at least type something that you know about, especially if your going to quote me, scrub!

Well go and blast thier blog SCRUB, not mine. I always wanted to see Grant Hill do well here in Orlando, but it didn't work out, so adios to him. Those same Magic fans that you speak of probably can't remember the expansion team, when thing weren't going so well, but people turned out in droves to see the team play. Like I said, the management stuck by him is his dark days with the team, but loyalty doesn't exist in sports anymore. So don't group me in with ignorant people, such as "your"self!
