knicks sluggish without marbury? they weren't sluggish WITH him?
What I don't get is why people still go to watch them? That's why Dolan isn't making any moves. He's making money off the suckers who still show up.

I think many people care which is why so many are angry. This team used to be one of the classiest orginazations in the NBA. Now they are being called the worst prfessional sports team in all of sports and that may be correct.

The Dolans have made MSG an embarrassment and a circus. I still can't figure why people go to the games. I must have missed something but there is no way I would pay to watch them. I would prefer going over to any of the local college teams play, at least those kids care.

Isiah is around because Dolan the Doper has him signed to an extended contract and has to pay him millions annually for the next five years.
The problem lies with Charles Dolan failing to get his son admitted to a rehab center and wresting control of the team from him.
The only way for this to end is for all the corporate suit boys to stop attending games but they are enjoying the circus atmosphere in the Garden.I know....I'm one of them!
Long day at work is followed up with beers, booing, chanting and cheering the Knicks Dancers.

Of course, black coaches never get fired. Aren't you late for your KKK meeting?

No anger please. Accept the hand your dealt and root hard for the Knicks. If
Isiah quits does Dolan have to pay him? I think thats why he is still
around. Dolan has to make back the Sanders award. Bring back Van Gundy!

Charles Barkley cried racism in the NBA and it got national attention.

In the U.S.:

1 - radio DJs get taken down for excersizing 1st amendment rights

2 - innocent white lacrosse players are denied fair trials

3 - six criminals in Jena become national heros

4 - the NYPD are villans for shooting a kid who says he has a gun and is coming at them

5 - a noose at Columbia stirs national outrage and then disappears as the "victim," the black professor who is accused of planting it.

Sorry, but when dealing with blacks in public, one never knows how things will be seen.

Dolan is white. Thomas is black.

In this day and age I can't look at, deal with and especially fire a black man. The risks are too great.

I think that Steve Mills deserves WORST executive of the millenium award for a. Insisting on, and arranging Jim Dolan and Isiah Thomas' first blind date. b. Under a veil of back stabbing secrecy; insisting and arranging for Isiah to be hired in NY c. Strutting his feathers for being as smart as the crew yesterday that stole a merchandise loaded Tractor Trailer only to abondon it because they couldn't figure out how to open cab doors to remove the items d. Sitting by idly and rubber stamping everything Thomas did as the Franchise deteriorated into the cesspool it is today.

Imus's rights were not violated. He can call anyone anything he likes. He just may not get paid to do so. Or he can get another job somewhere else.

2 - innocent white lacrosse players are denied fair trials.

IMO, they just weren't guilty as charged. How many innocent people without the high-powered legal representation these, ah, gentlemen had remain in prison for crimes they didn't commit?

3 - six criminals in Jena become national heros.

Heros to whom?

4 - the NYPD are villans for shooting a kid who says he has a gun and is coming at them

Uh, sure...a black guy is coming at a bunch of cops shouting he has a gun.

Lemme guess, you haven't finished highschool yet...
