How can anybody claim to have an impressive resume when they worked for the Memphis Grizzlies and they were brutal during those years...what decisions he probably made was "Yes Jerry West...would you want 2 sugars and cream with your latte?" The Grizzlies have been decent only probably when Penn left for the Trailblazers and he has to have some of the Darius Miles screwup on his hands so I would say way to go on the PR for Penn....making us look at someone who has not done much except glorify a resume with a great agent.

Penn also has an impressive resume that includes eight years with the Memphis Grizzlies and the last two in Portland, where he focused primarily on salary-cap and collective bargaining issues and assisted with personnel decisions.

WHAT? How is working for the Grizzlies impressive? They may be the only organization worse than the Wolves. The Portland Trailblazers? Their owner has more money than anyone yet they can't win. An impressie resume to me would be someone who had built a team. So he's good with the salary cap. Thats accounting not basketball. Find a basketball guy and hire him but please please please don't hire someone within the organization. Clean house - give the fans some hope.

As a T-Wolves season ticket holder, I'd like to see them give Fred Hoiberg a shot. He clearly has the expertise to be the topic talent guy, and I'd love to see what he could do if he were given complete control of those decisions.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aries

Someone wants to go their own way today and they won't care whose feathers they ruffle in the process. It's a lunar eclipse at the Full Moon in Cancer, so let them get on with it. The last thing you should do now is to hang on to their coat-tails or do anything else that will make them feel restricted. Make it plain that you've got your own fish to fry, thank you very much. And try not to let it stop you enjoying yourself. Have a great night!
