i am so upset to hear that this second rate defender...and the constantly "missing in action" odom will only get 8 million this year. what a shame. we all know he deserves about 8 dollars for his lackluster attitude and hapless play most every night. when he does show up he is an OK player...but 8 million a year...WHAT A JOKE SPORTS HAS BECOME!!!
Oh please

Many people would love to have a salary of $80,000!! Odom will be making in one year what it takes many others 100 years to match.
Boo hoo hoo, I'm sure Odom can afford to buy a lifetime's worth of Kleenex without help?

Lakers Spurs Celtics & Cavs all better, and Orlando will have Vince Carter instead of Turkoglu.

The rich get richer. Parity is going out the window.

LA should repeat if healthy.

But after next year, when the Bulls get Wade....

very few pro athletes has the virtue of putting winning ahead of money.

Odom should look around & realize how much he is worth to other teams....nobody seem to care for him & his asking price, his inconsistent play & lackluster defense have been noticed by GMs.

He should just stick to the Lakers & what they can offer. He is a fit there...& man,$8M to come off the bench? tsk
