OK, the guy is down and out after two public disasters. But could you print a picture of the guy without chewing his nails like a clueless child with scribble all over his arms? He looks freakish and disturbed. Leave it to Newsday to compete with the NY Post's tackiness.

CONSPIRACY THEORY:

He is recently accused of being gay. Obviously anyone who can corroborate this would be crushing to his reputation and career.

Hmmm , who might know if he is gay?

Coincidence that only HIS kid left alive???

Black violence is out of control! I can understand why Plaxico had a gun! The poor kids that have to see this disturbs me very much!

My condolences go out to Eddy Curry and his family. Why would anyone talk about how bad he looks after a very tragic accident.

Terrible about the murders.
I do think Eddy missed the class entitled "Never Get A Tattoo on Your Neck".

Hopefully, Stephon Marbury can make the trip to Chicago with Eddy. Stephon
needs the exercise after being an ingrate on the bench the entire season.

He's "devastated", but he's only "considering" going to Chicago? This isn't important enough to miss Monday's game? really hope Newsday is misreporting this part of the story?

I know it's uncouth to mock a guy's look when he's not watching the camera but enough of the media portraying overpaid immature athletes as lost little children who can't pick their pants up over their butts and whine at the refs. No wonder most former NBAers don't attend games. It's like looking at Romper Room. It's gross, and quite frankly this is what we're told is professional sports. What? Ha!Ha! Many of these showboaters won't have a dime to their names someday because they have no coping skills and have limited preparation on acting responsibly. The excuse that "you don't know what it's like to be black or in the hood..."-WHATEVER! You don't know what it's like to be white and be used as an lame alibi because 1)YOUR father left, 2)YOUR friends are thugs and 3)YOUR idea of socializing is imposing your rude surly sex-starved attitudes on young impressionable girls who are gonna get stuck with a child YOU won't support. You're right I don't know and don't CARE to know what it's like to be black in that manner and God forbid if I ever find out because it's insulting to decent hard working citizens of color. We better stop financing porn and rude behavior before our kids continue to emulate these freaks of society. You see that dopey college player who stepped on a player's head after getting called for a foul yesterday? He laughed and it's because he feels, "Hey. I'm going to the pros because I can be the next Dennis Rodman.". Is this what we want?

Now what Newsday editor will be threatened with the loss of their job by Guitar Jimmy because they reported this story on the website and soon in Monday's newspaper?

It does make one wonder why mother,24, and child, 9months were shot to death and this ball player's son, 3years old, is left alive behind at the scene?????

Inquiring minds want to know the motive to this one!

I hate to say it, but I thought the same thing. Kill mom, an infant, but leave Eddie's kid alive? The three year old that may or not may not provide a clue? I'm probably wrong and it's all on the guy who fathered the 9 month old..maybe?
