herniated discs don't heal on their own. Doctor's always recommend the most conservative treatment. Bed rest and physical therapy. Those treatments don't prepare you to run and jump on a B-court. They have the technology to repair and replace disks. but if that's the case he will always have to live with some pain. All this from just bouncing of Trac taylor in the Summer league?

Who did we get for Renaldo Balkman again? One of the biggest bonehead plays out there. Renaldo is finally getting on track in Denver in a big way, he has averaged 12 pts, 11 rbs, 1 blk, 1stl in the last 5 games....oh yeah thats in 24 minutes.....the 48 min equiv......24 pts., 22 rbs, 2blks, 2stls. Now Donnie and D'An why did we trade Balkman again? Why was he such a bad first round pick sportswriters? As I mentioned before he was the most multitalented player on the KNicks, could run the floor, block shots, rebound, score on the break, play open court defense, pass, finish on the break, steal balls out of thin air and we trade him because we have enough forwards......hell we would have been better off playing him, LEE, Chandler and Gallo together, what a lethal combo...helter skelter baskeball , throw nate in the brew and who on the other side is going to even get a chance to catch their breath. I hated that trade Donnie, as I have disliked the Channing Frye, Ariza and Collins trades, you just don't give up youth for nothing in return. Any of you sportswriters catching on that Isiah IS ONE OF THE BEST DRAFT PICKERS OUT THERE......McGrady, Lee, Nate, Chandler, Camby, Balkman, wake up here.

D'ANton's style requires that the ball move to the open man and he needs to be able to shoot from that spot outside. Balkman is a driver/slasher. His defense and energy weren't valued enough. Watch games and see what happend when the ball rotates to Jefferies. Both Jef and Lee ahave gotten better but you can tell the confidence of making that outside shot is not always there. and now nothing to show for the #1 pick, hurt after one summer league game. all hail the new regime!!!
