I can't believe anyone watches this so called basketball team. It's enough to make you want to kill yourself. I pick a good team at the beginning of the season and follow them. Today there are so many other things to do then follow professional sports. Nascar is better then the NBA.

i still dont understand why they sit marbury. he likes to shoot and this offense is about shooting the ball. yes he has his problems but he can still score. they should play him, let him score his 20 a nite and then maybe some other team might take a chance if they're in the playoff hunt. otherwise ur just paying him 20mil for nothing.

who knows, he may have said, "Don't bother playing me if I ain't gonna start." Maybe DAntoni took him up on it. Maybe it's a waste to play a guy that's not going to be there anyway. D'Antoni has to see what he's got, who he wants to keep. Why play Marbury when they're not going to make the playoffs anyway.

Butchy is an idiot!

You're advocating them throwing the season? What kind of knicks fan are you?? How far can they get with the players they have now (without Marbury)?? Is that the "future"?

Whether Steph is there or not there this season, his contract comes off the books by 2010 regardless, So why wouldn't they get the most out of a motivated player in great shape who's playing for a contract? If they want to build for the future, they need to trade Zach Randolph, OR THERE WON'T BE A FUTURE!!

JEEZ MAN! I swear you guys kill with this bs.

please understand playing step is not the total answer, but it is not the real problem, there is talent therebut not star talent, let the ego go and play your best players is that how you evaluat what you have??I know it was presean, but they looked more like a team with lineup set and rotation including step, the only time the team look bad was when coach d changed the line up to 4 guys under 5 feet, what was up with that

The Knicks are like a Bad Wound. If you keep ripping off the band-aid it won't heal. Well by getting rid of Isaih they removed the band-aid another year right now getting an infection as we speak. Should of kept him until Step Contract was up and then the would is all healed and you can start with no drama and focus on only basketball.
