There are those who leave and the prevailing notion is good riddance. Such was the Heat's send-off this past season with Shaquille O'Neal . And then there are those who depart with heartfelt wishes for good ... Full Story

So, Ira, between PJ and Lamar, who would you like to see get a ring, or would it be considered unprofessional for you to say? Both seem like good guys, and given that I think Lamar has had some personal tragedy in his life, I'd like to see him get it (plus, I'd like to see Kobe get one without Shaq, not so much because I like Kobe, but because I'm tired of Shaq's theory that the world revolves around him).

After a few seasons in the NBA, it isnt about the money anymore, it becomes about winning and what team is making strides to improve over the others, YEAR AFTER YEAR. Because you know the commpetition is improving so why aren't you? Theres no loyalty to the players (paid to lose) so theres obviously not player loyalty to the team (free agency). With the exception of Haslem who turned down more money in Cleveland to stay with the Heat who are then talking about trade possibilities...pathetic management.

I have said all along that the Heat never should have broken up that '04 team for that "flash in the pan" Shaq. I know we won the championship in '06 but it was a "Phyrric" victory and we've gone downhill since. I am glad that Lamar will get a chance to play for a championship because he is my favorite player in the NBA.

I hope PJ Brown and Eddie House wins, Doc.Rivers is a good man. I love Odom but hate Phil Jackson.
