I must say Ty Thomas looked somewhat decent tonight (a whole lot better than Noah- thats for sure)... What Ty needs to do now is learn how to pick & roll and lean towards the basket... If he & Rose master that he'll have 10+ points in the paint & Rose will have alot more assists...
We lost because our most consistant player (sad to say it's Gooden) who "IS" by far way underrated- was not on his game today...
Along with Deng of course but thats been the case for the past 2 seasons- Im starting to get used to that!

Saddest play was when Larry Hughes handled the ball top of the key then just lost the ball with nobody touching him. One of twenty four turnovers. A veteran move. Be happy we have Derrick Rose then realize the Bulls have those other guys too.

SOmehow a trade needs to work to get rid of Hughes. eat some salary, I don't care. Just move him! I see cohesiveness developing between Gordaon and Rose. By seasons end it could be a very good backcourt. Too bad gordon is gone then. Noah is hurting because he doesn't have a scoring forward to make up for his terrible offensive taletns. Plain to see he never works on his game.

Wait a minute! Don't go putting Gordon on a pedestal. He was 6 for 18 and has one of the lowest shot percentages for an alleged 20 point scorer.
The worst 5 year player in the league, no doubt.
As long as he stays on the team, they will never amount to a team to respect.

Del Negro shouldn't need to justify, explain, or answer to, why Luol Deng would be sitting on the bench the final 9+ minutes. Just because Reinsdorf and Paxson were stupid enough to overpay this guy, doesn't mean Del Negro has to suffer automatic defeats because of it. I think the Bulls ability to come back to force a tie at the end of regulation once Deng was on the bench pretty much says it all about him. It's just too bad the Bulls couldn't have grabbed that victory. Other than tonights game where i expect Skiles team, to exact some revenge from their opening night loss to the Bulls, the Bulls schedule is really favorable to getting some wins.

The Bulls personnel situation being what it is, I find it amusing that people basically use these comment boards after games to voice who they think should be the first to leave town.

For me, it's Noah. Guy doesn't do anything right

Hey, anybody who has a heart, go to Bulls.com , and check the news clips for the 'ESPN the Magazine's' story on Derrick Rose. Puts a lot of things in perspective. Rose might be the only player the Bulls ever draft who may be too nice, but I'll love rooting for him just the same. Maybe after a couple of years through the 'wars' of fierce leauge competition he can gain just a little bit of a nasty streak which I know does already exist in that winner's heart of his. By the way, vote Derrick Rose for NBA All Star team everyday like I'm doing. We could make him the starter perhaps with Wade. Wouldn't that be something, rookie Derrick Rose, Chicago Bulls, Eastern Conference starting Point Guard 2009 NBA All-Star game. Make it happen people cause Derrick's doing his part.

Ok who else thought 2 of the fouls called on Rose were total BS? In fact his 5th foul was one of the lamest calls I have seen in a long time. Miller had to lean forward almost two feet to draw contact and Rose gets called for a foul. I know he's a rook, but that was ridiculous. It put Rose on the bench for a good stretch of the 4th and seriously hurt his ability to guard Miller in OT. If they are going to fine players for flopping, they need to fine players for that little jump into the defender move.

What's up with Sefalosha these days? HE was supposed to be the next Scottie Pippen now he's buried on the pine? I thouhgt he had good potential last year, but he seems to have lost confidence. Hopefully we can salvage this 16th pick; he had good skills I thought.
