Well, now it's time for paxson to deal for an impact veteran. He needs to step up and make a deal, or his job will be gone. I mean, I've loved Pax since his playiing days when he hit the game winning 3 against theSuns until 5 years ago when he drafted both Gordon and Deng (and Noccioni), until this year with drafting Rose. But not with missing out on Kobe last year and KG the year before. Time to step up, Pax. Shoot or get off the pot.

The more I read and think about this the more I think the Bulls should look elsewhere. There are other players out there that would fit better. I'd love to see them get Camby from the Clippers or try to make a move for David Lee from the Knicks. Or both. It seems like a lot to give up for Stoudemire.

If they make the move for Stoudemire they need to change philosophy and become a running team, not so concerned with defense (something they might need to do anyway). I don't think they will do that, so it's probably best to make a different move for somebody that can help on the defensive end (like Camby).

I don't envy the decision Paxson has to make on the Bulls future. It will be hard to fault him either way he decides to go in trade deadline. I was one of those individuals screaming for the trade of Tyrus a year ago and have only softened up these past few months. The question is are the Bulls good enough now to be a legitamate contender. I think we all can agree the answer is no. Nobody knows just how good Tyrus can be or not be for that matter. Sure we can get on Pax for exchanging picks with Portland for Aldridge but then maybe we might not have Rose today. I'de pick Rose over Aldridge any day of the week. With the exception of Rose I can't say we have an untouchable player(s) on this Bulls team.

The Bulls have always let something get in the way of making a deal which could really improve them. This is one time they truly need to get one done; however, all this talk about Paxson resigning is nothing but a smokescreen to deflect the attention away of not getting something done imo.

Throw in the fact the Cubs couldn't get a Jake Peavy deal completed either, and it starts making you wonder does any of our local teams care about winning?

Arrggggghhhh! Why cant Paxson trade for a quality player? What in God's name is holding him back from making a deal that will bring us at least a playoff team? I tell you why, POOR MANAGEMENT! We had a chance to pick Amare in 2002 but we didn't. We picked Jason Williams and Roger Mason. Look at that, one was stupid and the other is raining threes for a Championship quality team in San Antonio. Fire Paxson, sell the team to someone who cares about winning. All the Bulls is doing is taking our money!!!!!!

In 2004 WE PICK Deng and Gordon, we should have got Andris Biedrins and Andre Iguodala. Paxson mistake #2!

In 2007-2008, the Bulls fail to trade for Garnett, Kobe, and Gasol. All three was in last year's final! Paxson's Mistake #4
