time for Dorell to go. If nothing else, Riley needs to make a statement. Wright has been given oppertunity and just doesn't have what it takes anyway.

Riley, should blame himself he kept Quin and cut Chase , I would bet good money Chase would be having a better run right now than Jwill or Smush!!. As i was saying for some time He should bring Chase back ,and Dwright hasnt had any street ball he doesnt have the mean streets in him Riley should send him to NYC let him play in the summer Tour.

This would have never happened had Riley drafted Jameer Nelson, the 2004 College Player of the the Year, versus taking Dorell Wright, the kid out of high school. Probably - will prove to be, one of the dumbest draft choices in Heat history.

pat riley is a prick, he's finished. everyone says shaq is on his demise, but no one will admit riley is on his demise too. so many times the lineup thats in is BALLING and because someone gets a foul and are in foul trouble, riley yanks the mand then we dont score for the next 5 or 6 minutes. shaq AND riley are on their demise, and wade is NOT a superstart player. maybe for kids, but not for older guys who know bball. wade cannot defend, wade cannot shoot past
17 feet and his free throw % was never stellar. thats sounds like a below average player to me. its only because hes fast and he can get to the rim and fake fouls.

Sorry, Mike, but Wade is established as a star and he did it all in the finals two years ago, yes, by hitting from the outside, too. You don't know what you are talking about and you are just a hater.

Thank good we have some knowledgeable fans. Isn't it interesting that no one ever looks at the person doing all the pointing?? Pat has singled out Shaq, J-Will or anybody else he feels should go under the bus so that we don't look at his decision making.

This guy is a fraud. This guy should not be respected as a coach. This guy never took good team and made them great, he does just the opposite. Lakers championships, had more to do with Magic, Kareem, Worthy, Scott and these guys being winner more than it had to do with his coaching. Magic and Kareem won championships without him. So did Shaq. At least Phil can say that he took the Bull and Lakers from contenders to champions when it hadn't been done before.

How many times has this got gotten swept out of the playoffs???

Lakes, Heat, Heat and I'm sure there's more.

Pat is time to step aside again. Any observant person would've noticed that J-Will struggles started with the return of Wade. This guy does one thing well and thats running the team. He's not the best of shooters or defenders but passing setting people up is his role. It is now being played by Wade. This guy gets about 4 attempts again. Thats an average of 1 per quarter?? Mostly 3's and mostly either spot up or when he forces one in transition because he hasn't touched it in years.

Ball movement. Our best quarters are usually the first, because everybody is involved but once Wade decide it's his time to take the game over our offensive struggles start. The ball stops moving people stops cutting because he's the play maker but only making plays for himself.

Wake up Riley, here's what the Heads.
1. You to shut the hell up.
2. Wade to shut the hell up.
3. Shooting, 3's mainly.
4. Ball movement.
5. Player movement.

4 of 5 could be accomplished rather easily.
The last 1 is kinda hard if Cook doesn't get more playing time.

I THINK MIKE HAS A POINT! WATCH WADE ON DEFENCE, HE DOES A LOT OF RUNNING AROUND AND NEVER REALLY GUARDS! HE HAS BEEN MADE TO BE A STAR, BUT HE IS JUST NOT GOING TO THE HOLE LIKE HE DID IN THE FINALS! MAYBE HE "TURNS IT ON" WHEN HE FEELS LIKE IT.

the heat definitely need to trade for mike bibby. everyone in this forum has agreed on one thing which is the guard play for miami sucks. they need someone who can control the court, score, share the ball. i understand he is on the the DL but as soon as he is available again i hope miami tries to make an effort in aquiring him... And mike, pat is to blame he overpaid for shaq and now we are paying for it

Nelson is a turnover machine, no way Riley would have put up with all his turnovers during his first two years.

hes an established star to KIDS! anyone over the age of 10 knows to be a superstar, you cant just be fast. to be a superstar, one has to be good in allll categories. what did he do in the finals? the fact that he has shaq on his team so not all the pressure is on him? or the fact that when hes triple teamed and takes ill-advised shots? or ever the fact that someone like kirk heinrich OWNS wade. im a heat fan, but the difference between you and me is i know bball because if you did, you would know wade is a poor defender, poor shooter(who cares what he did in the finals), and most of his points comes from free throws . next game just watch wade take it to the hole and listen, hes gonna scream to make it seem like he got fouled when hes just acting. what he did in the finals was a fluke, thats not in his game or he would do it night in and night out.

all the ppl saying wade doesn't defend, check ur stats! for the past 2 seasons he was listed second blocking shooting guard in the league the first beeing Livingston from the clippers! he is a defender. JDub not quite he shares the load; u can ask a lot from ur star but at the end of the day he is still just a man!!!
