The HEAT were losing when they had Wade and Shaq, Wade and Marion so they did not have to tank it. They were losing already. The worst record brings one of the first four picks, not Beasley and not Rose. They probably lose the lottery (like everything else) and pick fourth.
In a game or two the rest will catch on and Rothstein, Spoelstra and Askins will probably have to suit up because they all quit.
