Your a fool HEAT will win the division as long as Wade stays healthy. You people do not realize how good Wade is. Ira you must have have thought Heat won ring because of Shaq. NO it was only because of WADE. With Marion and Beasley they will be contenders. How do they find sports reporters in South Florida, in trash cans because all they talk is garbage. GO D WADE

I don't see us out of the playoffs for years.........not going to happen. Ilove Wade but we need him to sign an extention by the end of this year of we should trade him...........I don't want us to let him walk away for free and it sounds like he wants to play for the knicks for some stupid reason.

I've said it before...I'll say it again. We must trade Wade straight up for Antoine Walker. Tinkle the twine,'Toine. Then we can package Marion and Beasley for Eric Dampier. We need presence in the middle. To complete the dynasty trade Haslem for, yes, Starbury.

The Heat stink.

Marion is a proven player who plays hard and you can see how much Phoenix missed him as they got bounced out of the playoffs without much of a fight. The Heat should try to play with him for at least this year and he will teach Beasley how to be a swing forward and kick butt. But knowing Riley, he will do all he can to bring some retreat point guard who will wear out and fall apart by midseason.

Way to lower expectations for your readers. I just want to go on record saying the Heat will win 45 games, and go to the eastern conference finals. On record.

Marion should be kept at all costs, a player of his caliber in a contract year. Scary!!

Spoelstra is a big unknown, if he lets this team play a more wide open fast paced game they have the talent to be very good. I am interested to see if he is a Riley Clone or his own man. Spo is the biggest question Mark.

You Ira have forgotten how otherworldly good Wade is when healthy, he will make all of the players around him better, and the pickup of a true 3 point threat (Jones) will really change things, the heat were missing that last year.

This will be one of the most interesting teams in the league to watch, but they have the chance to be something very special. I say they go small, Blount can run, so can Marion, B-Easy Wade and co. Burn the other teams right out.

What glut at forward does the Heat have? Three equals a glut? And only one of them has the talent of a Shawn Marion right now and that would be Shawn Marion. I like Haslem but he's on the bench in a second in favor of Marion having floor time. We have few scorers to begin with and we want to get rid of one? Sports are pretty basic - outscore the other team and you win.

Yeah, Ira is beginning to bore me. He feels like he has to sound negative so he doesn't get accused of being a "homer." What a crock! That is why I love to listen to Jim Mandich. He roots for his team, but when the time comes to rip 'em a new one, he'll tell it like it is. Hell, the pre-season hasn't even started and he is already dissing Wade.

readers want allstars at 5 positions or they get nervous. The Heat team has the potential to be very good with what we have. Better than 1/2 the teams in the league? I would say yes. Lets see hhow the first 10 games go before we say Beasley is not the answer and this team won't function. Beasley has gotten it done so far and no reason to think he could not.

We are not trading shawn marion, all we have to do is play udonis at center, or have him come off the bench. i'm sure he willn't mind. Udonis is a team player. he will undertand.

Please don't trade shawn marion or any other players that we already have. I think our roster is one of the best in the nba.
