Despite the struggles of his rookie forward at the start of this first-round playoff series against the Hawks, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Michael Beasley is learning valuable lessons.

Beasley is not a bench player. He is like Lamar Odom, plays well as a starter. We have basically wasted the #2 pick in the NBA Draft because Spo can't coach. FIRE SPO.

I hope that Coach Spoe is also
learning alot during his first year as
a coach on the "Big Stage" because he
has really performed like a Rookie
in most of the games. He needs to
use some of the advice he is giving
Beasley for himself and many of the
other HEAT players who have not
performed like veterans of the game
with experience playing on the "big stage".

to me this is great we are getting these young guys some experience in the playoffs so next year we can be more ready going into the post season so i say this is o.k. no one expects us to get a championship this year anyway.. but i always faith in the heat and as long as u have the man called flash all things are possible
