I hope Shawn Marion continues to stay positive. Help is on the way. The draft will bring an impact player to add to the Heat's core of Marion, Wade and Haslem and they'll be on the road back to contention in the woefull East.

Riley said its clear Haslem needs more time to reach his pre-injury form, but the two should work well together. The biggest change has been drawing up plays for the talented Marion, who used to get the majority of his points on fast breaks in Phoenix.

"It really is like night and day," Riley said. "I've got to get a package for him so he can get some shots when we're not just running the ball."

This is the reason this team fails, Riley constantly thinking he has to draw up plays for guys who already know how to play.

Its simple, give Marion the plays designed for Wade! Maybe he can execute! Let Wade go with Cook and learn to play team ball and stop dribbling off his feet or throwing the ball away!

Wade need to stop making turnovers. Now he seems to be unable to make the winning shot. Marion should have never come here because he is too good for such a lousy team.

Don't be surprised when Riley trades that lottery pick. I can feel it in my bones. He won't wait for any hotshot rookie to develop...even a Beasley or a Rose.

There is not a better NBA player than Shawn Marion. As a fan of his for eight years, I can tell you he is the most impressive positive member of a team. Why the Suns let the most dominant player of our team go is a mistake that is seen each game without Marion. He is positive and will take the Heat to a new level...just give him a chance and he will work miracles for the Heat. I sure do miss him on the floor and will always remain a Shawn Marion fan...no matter where he plays!!!!

The suns played like 10 games without Marion and only loss like 3. They haven't been that bad considering they gave the top team in the west a hard game(just cant stop Kobe) and they beat the top team in the east in the celtics. The pistons just caught them on a bad day. But to your statement about Marion he is a great player, I dont think he is dominant in any aspect , but he is a great player he should do well for the heat, if they utilize him and if he could stay motivated. He loss interst with a winning team, I hope he has patience and stay encourage with a bad team.

Marion will stick around,Wade will heal up,decent draft pick and there you go, a contender. I like the trade and if there was a healthy team this year things would be different. Just a bad Karma year, it happens. Getting Shaq. out the way they did is just a miracle. It saved Wades career and the Heats future. Can't wait for next year.

Well said, when we are another 50+ win team again next season and Wade is all healed up I want to see what all the haters and critics will have to say like Reggie, Stephan A and the Heat haters from espn. Every team has its up and downs its part of the sport. But now that Shaq is out that saves a huge cap space for the Heat and possibly looking for better things to come in the future. This team should be built around Wade, Haslem, Cook and Wright. I say get Kapono back too but that likely wont happen.
