This being Cleveland, a single loss always takes on gigantic dimensions. So it was with the Cavs' Game 5 loss at home to the Washington Wizards, when they frittered away a five-point lead with less than two ...

I am just amazed how many times this year the CAVS players have said that we just didn't bring the intensity! How in the hell can you NOT! Wow!

I think you mean dejavu you moron. I will lay $100 on it that Washington does not win this series!! It will be over tonight and Washington fans can see two straight losses on their home court to end yet another season!!

Yeah, I don't see Washington winning this series either. They have played well in stretches, but I don't think they can do it in back to back games, let alone 3 straight.

In no other city, except perhaps Philly, do fans have less fun watching their team. We are so hellbent on over-coming years of misery that we analyze everything with the lens of our own perceived ill-fate.

I'm going to do my best to actually enjoy the game tonight, win or lose.

Good that the players and coach acknowledge the problems in the game Wednesday. But they need to actually do something about it. These problems need to be corrected.

I look forward to a good game tonight. But I'm going to be pretty disappointed (even with a win) if I see the same style of game being played.

Varajao has always been a liability for our team, excpet perhaps his first season with Cleveland. The Cavs should get rid of him first thing come the off season and replace him with a player that actually excersises good judgement (especially during the playoffs) and scores on offense. I cringe every time he drives to the hoop...

I don't get it. If the average person who is not an NBA coach can see that the Cavs need to take it inside at this crucial point of the game, what was the coaching staff thinking or doing. Also this game should have never came down to the last shots. The CAVS came out too Cavelier at the beginning of this game as they have done in the past. It's all about attitude and desire and they showed neither until the end of the game. Come on fellas we all love you and cheer for you but you make it to hard on the fans sometimes with the way you approach games. Lebron needs to realize that attitude reflects leadership. You say this is your team then get in their butts but also show it more vigorously on the court. Also you stopped going to the hole the first three quarters after you were hit in the face. "Fellas 15 layups are way to many to miss." Start dunking on these fools. Mike Brown can you give Damon Jones a little love. Go Cavs!!

Those of us talking on this message board don't know nearly as much about basketball as Mike Brown.

And that my friends, is why Mike Brown is a horrible coach. How can you not get your team ready for a series clinching home victory. Enough said. They better bring it tonite.

But everyone says Lebron is the leader. I guess only when they win, right?

Brown conceded that the Cavs need to do more than have James dribble and penetrate.

''We got to get LeBron moving, and we have to get him on the backside of some action,'' Brown said.''We didn't do that.''

ok ,this can mean that brown sees what we've been saying all along , that lebron needs to recieve the ball on back cuts/in motion/as well as in the post . so why does this not happen in games ? is lebron freelancing or is mike brown finally seeing this after people have been complaining about lebron constantly starting the offensive and pounding the ball into the ground for most of the shot clock and not recieving the ball in no other position on the floor but the top ? either way it makes brown seems like he can't coach ,he's having this revalation after all this time or he is being disregarded by his star player(the player who feathers he does not want to ruffle)

It seemed to me that they lost the game on porpose, you may think that I'm crazy, right, wrong. They lost it to add possibly two or three more games and some more fist full of dollars, suspending sangala is the icing on the cake.

I don't understand you at all. How could it have possibly added three more games by losing game 5. Do the math. At most it adds two games. And what does suspending sangala have to do with your conspiracy theory? Wouldn't that shorten the series?
