I agree, all season I said Rose would be perfect for the Heat.

With Derrick Rose and Dwyane Wade the HEAT would have its guard problems solved. If they mesh think of the potential.
Micheal Beasley will be a player in the NBA but how good of one? If his work ethic is questioned how does he get along on a Pat Riley team?

i totally agree wiff yu guys but i have a question is OJ MAYO stayin another year or comin to the NBA because if he is i think i would go wiff him instead of ROSE no affence i like rose as a player but i think OJ MAYO would be a better choice and most likely like 90% chance Miami is goin to get the number 1 draft pick cuz their record is garbage styll but i think wen they do get it they have a hard decision cuz they gotta look for a guy to help wade and the team and i think OJ MAYO is dat guy

Since the HEAT are only guaranteed one of the top four picks with the worst record they might get OJ Mayo. Who are the most likely candidates after Beasley and Rose?
Keep in mind Micheal Jordan went third.

The Heat needs to be lucky to land the first pick in the draft and we know how unlucky the Heat has been this year; no reason to think that luck is going to change. With that said, who do you think the Heat would select at the number 4 spot in the draft?
There are still some great players at four. My personal favorite is DANILO GALLINARI who is the best international player available and is already seasoned enough to play now.

Just wondering, has either Rose or Beasley committed to coming out yet? I think they would be nuts not to but thats the kind of luck that Riley and the heat usually have.

There are several great players who don't get the press of Beasley or Rose.. the kind of players that turn out to be stars in the nba every year. Here is one who is still in the tournament. Ty Lawson .. anyone for another Tim Hardaway???

The best move the Heat could make before the draft is for Mickey Arison to summon Pat Riley to his office, hand him a sheet of paper for him list the reason as to why he's RESIGNING as coach. The game has finally passed ole Pat by. He's had a fantastic career, but like other egomaniacs, he stayed at the party a bit long
Good Bye Pat.

Pat Riely has destroyed the career of one D-Wade. He pressured him to return much too soon an look what has happened. The Heat will get better when the future Hall of Famer Pat Riley moves on.

Since the HEAT suck with only one franchise type player can Wade exist in Miami without him? Dwyane Wade knows what wins championships.

NBA drafts has lots of uncer-
tainties. We didn't expect Wade would become a star since he wasn't the #1 pick in his time.On Derrick Rose,
if he's the perfect PG for
us,then good.Wish I could read more news about prospective CENTERS & POWER
FORWARDS.

If the HEAT go with a center at three or four DeAndre Jordan at Texas A&M or Hasheem Thabeet at UConn seem like they have potential (but are not NBA ready).
Micheal Beasley is a power forward. You have not heard about him? The Kansas State forward looks to go at one or two (and Rose the other top two).

Whether he pressured him to or let him come back for the play-offs either way Pat Riley screwed it for DWade.
We will see next year how bad.

I don't get much coverage of the Heat in the Philippines. I prefer the Heat draft a real point guard, like Rose. Pat Riley can get his big men from trades.

Sounds like a really good starting 5 and a 4th or 5th seed playoff team.
You pick Rose this year and all that money clears up the year after next and you build a contender around Wade and Rose for years to come.
Didn't Mourning suffer a career-ending injury and retire? I think the Heat are going to need a center too, preferably a young healthy one.

Beasley is the no brainer pick. We have NO POST PLAYERS!!!!. You win championships with post players, UD and Marion cant create a shot if there life depended on it. The best the Heat can become is Golden State if you get Rose. Rose has shown he doesn't play as good with out the ball, the same for Wade so....BEASLEY

some people seem to think he comes back and plays into his mid-40s. maybe after getting the 3 or 4 pick riley ends up taking someone like hasheem thabeet. if they lose out on both rose and beasley who knows?
