As much as we all hate to say it. Its time for the Pacers to hire some Jail Wagons, wait for a weekend and find a location where the Court System works 24/7.
Larry Bird was a giant among professional basketball players. His actions on and off the court were representive of values and hard work.
It is hard for many of us to understand why he would settle for less from the very people he mentors.
Sorry Pacers it's time to pack um up and move um out.

Why, exactly, are people still commenting on this as 'Pacers' news? These guys are both long gone.

Be careful Detroit, we will send Tinsley up there and pop a cap in your butt. Artest was the "B" team and Tinsley knows what he doing, he has the Pacer front office scared to do anything with a thug who is a worthless teammate and Indianapolis wishes he would leave. Someday Larry and Donnie will grow a pair and send him packing, until then my tickets will go unused

Isiah lost his case against a goldigger just like Mike Vick lost his case against a whole organization of goldiggers called PETA or RITA or something like that. It's a shame how some people will go to any lengths just to get money or go on T.V.

This comment is so absurd, it does not deserve to be dignified with an answer other than to say I hope whoever typed it up for you will say no next time.

So "golddiggers" are responsible for their abominable actions?? Give me a break. Vick is no PETA case--- it's a FEDERAL CRIME

Wow Jack! If both of those men were found not guilty, goldigging might have been a factor. They were proven guilty. Gold wasn't a factor, justice was. Vick is a convicted felon, convicted killer.

WHAT??!! The moron level is high in here today. The one million Vick had to give, is going to sustain the dogs he didn't kill for the rest of their lives. Are they golddiggers? Those poor animals...Vick is a monster! I hope no one gives him a second chance,(in the NFL). He doesn't deserve that well paying job.

O.J.Simpson was found not guilty, I guess justice was a factor in that too, RIGHT? To me it just shows the IQ of a juror in this country. If dog fighting in this country is a federal offense (and by the way, it wasn't until Vick)then so is duck, deer, rabbit and squirrel hunting because it ALL involves hurting or killing animals. Even Duck Cheney your Vice President shoots deer and sometimes people in the face and there is no indictment. Why?

The Pacers should file a lawsuite against Artest. He single handidly brought down a proud and winning franchise.

The Brawl has brought a blemish on our city and franchise.

He should be held accountable.

Why do people come to the defense of these guys again?

If I was sitting at a game and was punched in the face by a player for doing nothing at all, and having my face platered over every news outlet for years and being injured...I would think I was owed some financial retribution...

Why is it that the black community will not stand up to these people and demand more from their role models and leaders. To paraphrase Jason Whitlock, it's time to realize that hip-hop is a way of death, not a way of life.

Everybody that is quick to condem other people for making a mistake in thier lives needs to just read and and say nothing. Because they are still going to be millionaires( which is mostly who you complain about). Try just not reading the artical then you won't have anything to bitch about.
