I can't quite tell if the wheels are coming off this team. It seems like a distinct possibility, though. Beasley is proving to be a one-on-one player. Jonny Flynn is still a ball pounder, though it is too early to sound the alarms. Luke Ridenour is what he thought he was. Darko seems brittle and somewhat confused, though his trajectory is upward. Wes is still too tentative and becoming ever more one-dimensional when he should be becoming multi-dimensional. There is a foul on every play inside involving KLove. Instead of calling them in his favor, refs are tending to call them against him. Corey is the strangest basketball player I have ever seen and I can't even begin to figure out what to make of him. Pek is a lug. Koufos is a journeyman. Martell seems like a pro's pro and would make a good team better, but is not the centerpiece of a team like this. So his role is going to be hard to define.
Did I miss anyone?
Oh, Rambis. Jury is out. He still seems like he has no identity other than as the boy version of Phil. It may work; he may be a worthy protege. But who the hell knows?
However, lest this seem like a random bitchfest (I assume there will be asterisks in place of the word b i t ch, so I'm adding this), the great thing about these TWolves is that they are all young and growing together, unlike a dysfunctional team out self destructing in a snowbank by Winter Park. The issue for the Timberwolves -- and I'm dead serious here -- is whether they are young and growing together, or young and growing apart. This is on Kurt and David, no one else.
Ricky Rubio is a piece of the puzzle, but a piece doesn't help much if all the other pieces are from separate puzzles that add up to nothing.

Even I thought that was awful! Hopefully that was the 6th game of a long road trip that we were seeing, and not the effort that we will see the remainder of the year. Nobody seems to run the offense anymore, players are just standing around waiting for someone to go one on one.

Hey guys, look at this. 8:30 a.m. The Vikings just played the worst game since 41 donut and there are over 100 posts about their dog flop and only mine about the TWolves. And this is in the middle of basketball season. Quite a statement.

KLove HIDEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Blake Griffin flying. Whole debate who is better BGriffin or KLove is absurd.

Let me help you, the wheels have never been on. Since the beginningof this franchise - they have never gotten it out of park. Forget the wheel analogy! Poorest pro franchise in all of sports. Not even a close second.
